This Wendy’s is an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location is a disaster. The management is shocking, the service is painfully slow, and the entire restaurant reeks of neglect.

Order Accuracy & Speed: They never get orders right. Missing fries, wrong drinks, incorrect toppings—basic stuff feels like a gamble. Even when it’s not busy, the service drags. Waiting 15+ minutes for a simple meal is frustrating, especially when it’s still wrong.

Cleanliness Issues: The dining area was a mess—sticky floors, trash on tables, and a general “unclean” vibe. But the worst part? I watched as a worker picked up a tomato slice from the floor and put it straight onto a burger. That’s not just lazy; it’s a health hazard. I’m not sure how this place passes inspections.

We have eaten at Wendy’s locations across New York, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Virginia, and Chicago. Every one of those visits provided a fresh bag of fries, a hot burger patty, and crispy chicken.

This location has been the opposite. We have spent over fifty dollars on each visit, and the food has let us down every time. The fries are lifeless. The burger patties are dry and dead. The chicken sandwich was the least painful item, but the nuggets were clearly sitting for a long time.

The drive thru is never busy, yet the food always comes out fast. I would rather wait for food that is fresh than get something cold and old in record time. There should be a balance between care and convenience. It feels like leadership is focused on speed, not on quality.

The food should be hot, salty, crispy, and cooked with care. The cheese on the burger should melt. The fries should have life. Sadly, the Sprite we ordered was the only redeeming part of the meal.
