Edit to add: this ice cream gave me SEVERE FOOD POISONING 12 hours after consuming it, which led to a severe dehydration and a trip to Urgent Care for an IV for fluids. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I emailed the shop the day after I was sick and they still have not followed up/responded. Avoid this place!!!! Original post: It’s an insult to call this “ice cream.” No wonder they don’t do samples otherwise no one would actually buy it. The texture and taste are way off. The flavor is severely lacking, the Blueberry Cheesecake has a few frozen blueberries but not a hint of cheesecake. It was honestly gross. The atmosphere of this place is also severely lacking, it’s a super creepy feel inside with the weird minimal lighting and bareness. The dudes working look miserable and aren’t friendly. Worst ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. Trust the reviews and skip it.

Staff: The staff was working hard. There were around 20 people on the tote and they were some ice cream chuckin mofo. Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of. Food: the ice cream was delicious. Seeing it come out of deep freeze was weird, but it was amazing. I had the blueberry cheesecake. Speed: for being busy, two dudes got shakes and coups out fast. Parking: Parking is on the street and can be hard to find. Star rating: 5 because of the price and dudes working the counter were getting ice cream out. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

Reallyyyy great local handmade ice cream! It was a tiny little shop that looked like it’s probably a small team or family owned. They had about 10 flavors to choose from. The waffle cones looked & tasted very fresh. The ice cream was very creamy & perfect texture. I had the Monster Cookie flavor (blue) and it was a mixed of cookies & cream w/ chocolate chip I think. Bf had the Birthday Cake that I believe was a cake batter flavor with rainbow sprinkles. We both thoroughly enjoyed our cones! Would definitely try it again next time we’re in North Charleston! Great service as well, friendly 😊

I cannot believe all of these fully positive reviews; did we all go to the same place? I am aware that for most people wanting ice cream, the taste is most important...Ok, the ice cream tasted good; BUT, just like ANY creamery where the ice cream is made in house, nothing to scream about though. That is sadly where the good ended. For me, I want good experience where I spend my money. First, CASH ONLY. Really? This is 2016 folks, who has cash on them anymore? Sure does put questions of tax evasion in my mind. Second, NO TASTE TESTING. Um, what? Have YOU, Mr. Owner-man, ever been to an ice cream parlor where you could not taste the flavors first? I am sorry you are in an area where the "riff-raff" probably comes in to "taste" and doesn't buy...I say, MOVE. Lastly, "No, you cannot get one scoop of one flavor and one scoop of another." SERIOUSLY!?! WHY THE HECK NOT? All of the flavors cost the same. "They want you to get the essence of each flavor by itself." HOGWASH! Who is "They"? Yea, that's you buddy, we all know you are the owner and who the heck are you to decide what flavors I taste at a time. This experience was like the twilight zone. No wonder there was no one in there on a beautiful weekend day. Portions were tiny, I had ice chips in mine and the cones were stale. I would be willing to bet this place is closed within a year if they don't get it together and focus on the customers over...

We were excited to try this place as it was recommended to us so we drove 20 minutes to grab an ice cream with my mom. We love supporting local shops but we were so very disappointed when we arrived and they only had ONE ice cream flavor available and there were LOTS of flavors advertised on their website. So we decided since we were already out and had our mind set on ice cream to try their other location in Summerville. Different location - same story - well they had more than ONE flavor but not many and not one that was even appealing to us. There were at least 5 families look at their menu when we were there and walked straight out the door unfortunately. We decided to just get something, even though it wasn't our choice flavor and the ice cream was ok. Large servings was a plus but lack of flavors did them no favors!! I give this a 2 Star because each one of the girls behind the counter was friendly and helpful when we were there. We hope in the future to come back when they keep a good selection going and perhaps give a different rating. For now, that was our experience and the rating is self explanatory. We will try again in the far out future but hopefully these comments are taken to heart from customers who love ice cream and local businesses. Hope to see you stock more flavors and even some of the more popular flavors in the future - there was nothing...

I thought long and hard about writing this review….but here it goes. I’ve been wanting to support this business for a while. Me and my son have made several attempts, however each time we went to both locations they were closed. Either they had closed early or not open at all. Today I called before we went. When we arrived we drove around to find parking. We noticed 2 young girls inside serving a family. Two minutes later we got to the front door and there was a sign that said “Be back in 15 mins”. Another customer walked up and said the two workers went to get sandwich from another establishment close by. I didn’t know that you can shut down and have all of your employees go grab dinner and have customers waiting in the parking lot. Could one person not go get dinner and keep the business going? By the time they returned 5 customers were waiting. They did apologize, however they that didn’t move me. Once inside, they didn’t have much to choose from and they didn’t offer or ask how would I like my ice cream….in a cup or cone. The ice cream wasn’t frozen at all….it was very soupy and the flavor was mediocre. The customer service wasn’t great either. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed and won’t be back anytime soon. I was underwhelmed by the experience. You can’t even see what your getting. I won’t be back...
