Read moreNot my first experience here. The code enforcement office is pleasant and helpful. Very quick. The tax office is quick as well and fairly friendly. But as a diy fixer upper kind of guy, it took me 4 months of going back and forth to the planning office with my plans before someone else looked at them and told me they were the best hand drawn plans he had seen in 20 years. The first guy yanked me around for four months because he wanted a BRIBE so be away that you might get him. Those three guys are a waste of tax...

It apparently was mailed out on Oct 4. according to the clerk I spoke with this morning. But of course, I was expected to pay the fine without being given the opportunity to dispute the citation at a trial. I paid the fine to avoid a suspension of my license. This could easily be perceived as a means to force people to pay fines and hence increase revenue. For those who find themselves in a similar predicament, blow up their phones until you get a court date or check the online system that I was...
