Ocean City Restaurant — Restaurant in North Charleston

I always judge a Chinese restaurant by its general tso's chicken, crab Rangoon and dumplings. The chicken was way overcooked and rubbery, and the sauce was watery and lacked flavor. Worst general tso's ever! The crab Rangoon was chewy and bland. I didn't even bother with the dumplings. Not going back to this place. I don't know why it has high ratings.

been going here for years, after my experience tonight I will never order from them again. The original owners were gems. The current ownership does not care about the customer experience. 2x in the last week 1/2 they have forgot part of our order. We called them and they asked us to come back and pick it up, which we did then say to us " I not give it to you free" we never asked for free food, they made the mistake own up to it. I literally just called there at 8 pm on April 29, 2023 and the lady who answered the phone started screaming at me. I told her I wanted to know the name of a menu item. She kept asking if I wanted chicken or shrimp. When I said no I needed to know the name of an item before I decide she literally began screaming at me. I told her several times that I could hear her but she was screaming so loud I told I could not understand her because she was yelling so she hung up.
