I think this Pizza Hut is mismanaged extremely. I have given multiple for this branch to redeem themselves and every time, I kick myself. First of all, I ordered stuffed crust as I always do. The previous times I have waited while they remade the pizza up to 4, yes FOUR times. Tonight I placed an order for a custom supreme and is was to be a carry out. Upon arriving, there were 4 to 5 angry customers and one wondering where his delivery was, which they had no answer. Anyway, after waiting almost 30 Minutes, the lady finally Asked me my name, and came to determine that it was sitting there since , I’d assume 9:34pm which was my Pickup time. This was 10:25pm. I asked if it was ready after she asked me if I paid online, and she said yeah, so I presumed to Pay the. She said it’ll be ready shortly. I just started walking Monday after a motorcycle accident and needed to sit down, So I went to my running truck, returning 10 Minutes later and the man behind the counter opening the top box to show me their work, I was tired, in pain and just said ok I’m just Gonna go... ok. Well Needless to say I got Home, salivating , and opened the box to see the nastiest, most burnt pizza I’ve ever seen. So Much as to it didn’t Get eaten not One bite.. I guess I cannot post pics to reviews but I am trying to make you aware, go to a different location. This one sucks. I would try to get a refund but after hearing the guy before me being told no, we can only Credit your account , no refunds though , I’ll cut My losses and continue to use papa johns up the street. Papa johns is reasonable too as Pizza Hut is the most expensive pizza and I’m up to my neck giving them chance after chance... your better Off getting pizza rolls from the...

I keep getting burned by them but I always give them another chance because my family likes the food but no more.
They’re constantly pulling some weird stuff on you like never delivering your food when you explicitly ask for delivery, telling you to “just come pick it up” when you call an hour+ later to see what’s going on, or worse, suddenly dropping the food off at your doorstep literally hours upon hours later to just claim “they did it”.
But this last time was the final straw. I got so tired of their phone service shenanigans that I started using their own official app to place orders.
It worked fine for three or four deliveries, but this last one was handed off to DoorDash AND THEN canceled by the Pizza Hut app itself.
Because Pizza Hut was were I placed the order DoorDash support directed me to them, but when I called the store they simply don’t answer the phone!
I called several times throughout the day, including using a different phone number from the one on my account, and they just don’t answer, leaving you literally no recourse unless you want to go get into a physical altercation with the very angry manager that has no problems with yelling at you!
Eventually I had to do a chargeback on my card and even based on my limited communication with them, even Goldman Sachs was shocked at how they try to run a business and refunded us.
Do yourself a favor and just get slightly worse fast food pizza from literally any other location, it’s not like it’s even cheap anymore.

Read moreIf you know what I know you would not order from here. This is the 4th time I placed an order in which I don’t get for hours. I get an excuse about them being short staffed and people getting fired and/or quit as to why it is ok to feed my kid hours later. Today I ordered using my app. After 50 min of waiting I checked the status and it wasn’t even made yet. And to make matters worse the app said the store was closed?! How is it closed but they took my money? Of course when you call it is transferred to a call center in which they get everything wrong. They finally transfer me to the store and the employee kept saying I cancelled and kept asking me for my number. I’m telling the I am TRYING TO CANCEL and that I want my money back. His stupid self refused to look under “deliveries” to see that my order was made for a delivery. He then says he couldn’t find my order and kept creating different names for the order other than the one I was giving him. Finally the manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that “they close the store” to catch up on all the orders and that I had to wait because I had a few in front of me.... as if it were my fault it takes 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. Basically they took my money, closed the store, and failed to bring me my pizza, then turn around and place blame on the customer. Please please please don’t order here.
