Drinks were fine (although the Red Bull tasted like it was not carbonated and had been in the fridge for several days opened) but we asked for no cream/whip and were given a drink with cream in it. When we told her very nicely, and very nervously I should add, that we had asked for no cream/whip she went āgive it backā and had us hand it back to her. All conversation immediately stopped, and she was very clearly annoyed that we had told her it was made wrong. I sincerely hope she didnāt give it to another customer. She was also pressuring us to hurry up and decide what we wanted (after looking at the menu for about 1 minute) because someone had just pulled up behind us. We waited in line for probably 4-5 minutes before we got to the menu to order our drinks though, and they only have one drive up window so I would expect people to be fine with waiting a few minutes to order.
We were also charged $16.78 for two drinks (one $7.80 and $4.70), and then added a $2 tip. This should have cost $12.50, and then $13.31 after 6.5% WA state sales tax was added. We did get double syrup in one drink, but I cannot imagine this was over $3. I agree with the other people on here saying they overcharge based on the prices listed on their menu
Overall just a very uncomfortable experience, and while the drinks were fine, it is not worth coming back because of the experience we had and the general atmosphere.
edit in response to the business reply: I feel like saying there are other misconceptions because I got the times wrong is very dismissive of our experience and frankly unprofessional. So what if I estimated it took more time for the person ahead of us to order than it actually took? The point that person behind us could wait a couple minutes for us to look at the menu still stands. We didnāt need to be pressured to hurry up and decide because we were reading the menu and someone had just pulled up behind us. Instead of saying that perhaps there are other misconceptions about our experience, you should just acknowledge that thatās how it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe co-owner or the boyfriend of one of the girls came walking up to my car where I was parked and started taking video of me because I had my head down pedaling a scab off my arm. Thought I was shooting up and when I tried to confronted him about taking video of me in my own vehicle in a parking space of a privately owned business he would not even give me the respect of turning around and talking to me I had to yell at him a couple times before be did and the reason he gave me he was taking video was because my car looked like it had the same color as someone else who had passed out at one of the gas pumps and had the EMT called out. To the man that was taking a video or a picture of me. I was in a vehicle I owned on private property. I have a right to a certain level of privacy and I do not give my consent to take my picture or video and I have not given my consent in the past and i do not give my consent in the future. You must erase that video or picture of me and if you posted it on line you must take it down. If you do not and you use my picture or video in any way I will pursue legal action.
So update on this guy. He was at it again today and I could see him from my work harassing more people so I started taking pictures of him but the difference is that he was not In or on his own personal property. After work I went up to the gas station and sat there waiting for this guy to show up but he never did but I did see him talking to one of the coffee chics and I've seen him up there before waiting for her. This guy was going so far as hiding on the grassy hill behind the coffee stand . Well guess what I got pictures of you and I got pictures of your car and her car so keep on harassing people and I'll keep following the law and gathering evidence of you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: I decided to give them a second chance this evening, and I want to change my review to five stars. No one was in line this time, and I got there, and no one was in the stand for a few minutes, but once she was able to get back in the stand, she was extremely pleasant, bubbly and very very nice. The coffee was one of the better ones Iāve ever had, and I am thankful that I gave them a second chance.
I just pulled up to get some coffee and the woman in front of me just decided to turn her car off at the window, get out and start smoking and looking at her phone not allowing other drivers to go to the window to order coffee⦠And the staff inside just let it happen?! Usually drive up windows make the coffee and the person drives away so the next person in line can get their coffee as well. Apparently here you drive up, order coffee, then take a break, lounge a little bit, check your phone and hang out while other people in line wait for you. So I decided to leave and go to a coffee stand that actually works like...
