Burgermaster — Restaurant in North Creek

Look I don't know what going on here but management needs to seriously change things up or you're going to keep losing business.

We have 5 kids. We used to eat here regularly. What used to be $60-70 is now $120 (including a tip. The system defaulted at 20% or higher). That is as much as a sit down restaurant. I'm sorry but tipping for fast food at those prices is ridiculous. We always take our own trash out because the servers are to busy. So all they do is take my order and drop the food at my car. Between that and the price hikes on food, it's not worth it.

Then add the insane situation with shakes and straws here and it's really not worth it. They use straws they know are not compatible with shakes. This is not the first time, they did it during the pandemic to and people complained. Took a year to go back to normal straws, now they do it again. The solution they decided on is to make there shakes 50% more watery. Even fresh from the back it's like ice cream milk. It's gross. I keep my own straws in my car literally because of BurgerMaster. They also started filling there soda cups with 90% ice this last year. A large is less than 8oz of soda (I checked with a 8oz cup in my car) the rest is ice.

Our order the last 4 visits are always wrong or missing items. We have to constantly get out of the car and approach the kitchen area because the servers are all busy. Not because this location is super busy (we've noticed the lack of cars here for months now) but because they are understaffed.

We used to love BurgerMaster and take all our out of town family here but with the cost increase, meh food, shake problems and forced high tipping. It's just not worth it anymore.

Maybe we'll try again in a year or so and hope things change but we won't be returning for...

Wow, this place was absolutely incredible for a burger spot. If you like Burgerville/In-N-Out - this place tops it BY FAR!! High quality meat, and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced - honestly. This was my first time trying this place and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was such a vibe - you drive up to the parking spot and the servers come out to you and take your order. Most people will generally eat in the car, as they have a window tray that sits on your car window and is basically a table to eat your food in the car. It was so much fun!! Perfect if you don’t want to be out in the cold. We tried the Burgernaster with onion rings, along with the double Burgermaster with fries. The burgers were huge, and very juicy. By far the best burger I’ve tried. The fries were phenomenal!! The tasted so fresh. The onion rings were delicious, they were breaded instead of beer battered and not to mention HUGE! Worth the money 100%. Also tried the burgermaster master sauce - which is very good as well! The bom bom sauce had a good kick to it if you like a little spice. This will not be my last time, highly recommend this...

We're lucky enough to have moved to a neighborhood with a Burgermaster. Great burgers, good fries, and excellent shakes. Even better in good weather when it's reasonable to eat in the car and pretend it's the 1950's. For now, it's satisfying enough to pick up and take home. Enjoy!

Update 2023: Poor experience with a long wait on a not very busy day. However, this was the first such occurrence in almost a dozen visits to this location, so I'm not changing my rating, and we'll continue to shop here. My review above stands.

Another 2023 update because Google wants one: this time not so long a wait on a moderately busy night. Much more in line with the experience I expect at Burgermaster. And, as before, my original review stands. Enjoy!

Update summer 2024: very fast service (typical for this location for the past year) and (also typical for this location everytime) excellent food. We're not here every month, but more like every six weeks and other than the one poor experience more than a year ago, excellent experience (burgers, fries, onion rings, shakes, fish and chips, etc).
