This was my first - and last - visit to an Arby's. In the "food chain" of nationally known fast food joints (McDonalds, Arby's, Burger King, Wendy's, and Taco Bell), on a scale of 1-5, where McDonalds ranks the lowest at a one, and Taco Bell ranks highest at a 2, Arby's barely beats out Mickey D's for being the worst. The rest fall somewhere above those, but below a 2. They really don't set the bar very high for these fast food joints. The "smoked beef brisket" had so much smoke flavor, I thought it got caught in a forest fire. Between the over smoked flavor and the barbeque sauce that they must source from Costco in 55 gallon drums, to drown the "meat" in (as they euphemistically call it), there was no beef flavor to be had. The word awful comes to mind. The fish sandwich was just as bad as the one I had from Wendy's last week (when will I learn?) with the exception that at least Arby's doesn't ruin what little flavor the fish has by smothering it with pickles. Arby's doesn't offer French fries. Nooooooo.... they serve those god awful spiced curly fries that get annoyingly tangled up in each other. My work...
Read moreWe visited this Arby’s location as tourists from out of state. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service we received from a staff member named Rosa (her name was on her shirt).
From the moment we approached the counter, Rosa seemed visibly irritated. When we asked a simple question—what types of fries they offered—she responded with clear annoyance, making facial expressions as if our questions were a burden. As tourists unfamiliar with Arby’s menu, we were just trying to understand the options before ordering.
From a customer service perspective, first impressions are everything. Employees like Rosa, who lack basic courtesy and enthusiasm, can damage the reputation of a brand in seconds. She does not have the right attitude or interpersonal skills to be interacting with customers, especially in a frontline role. The Angus burger was decent but far from exceptional, and the macaroni was frankly terrible. It’s disappointing to have spent our money at a place that failed to meet even basic...
Read moreThis was disgusting, filthy and customer service was terrible. I watch the cashier who's name on my receipt says Tyrone handle the register, pull up his pants ,text on his phone then have the nerve to walk in the back without washing his hands or putting on gloves grab chicken nuggets or strips out a bag then dump them into a basket. I'm so tired of seeing people come into work acting like their home . He seem to care more about be the cool thug or homeboy on the job considering he was the only guy around a bunch of females then doing his job. I understand this is fast food but are there no standards anymore. I'm not gonna even get into the females working because they was just as bad. Then they wonder why drunks and bums hang around this establishment. Management want to make the restaurant better start hiring people that won't take the job for granted and even if it's not their main job or dream job use this job as a stepping stone to do better and be better. We're paying to much money nowadays for...
