This place gets not even 1 star! They need new management! I placed an online order to pick up from the drive thru at 5:14pm, I figured to give them time to get my order ready, I pull up thru the drive thru at 5:42pm tell them I’m picking up an online order and the lady rudely says “ your order is not ready you need to come inside”. I then said ma’am I placed my order for drive thru pick up for a reason. She said you need to come in or your order will be cancelled your choice. I went in as instructed and asked for a manager , the lady attending the drive thru was the manager named Zaida ! I told her that wasn’t a way to treat costumers, she immediately took off her head set and slammed it on the ground and began cursing in Spanish infront of my child and all other customers that were there. She started to argue back and forth andREFUSED to give me my order, an order that was already paid for. She asked me to get out the store because she wasn’t giving me my order. ZAIDA you need home training and do not need to be serving people you don’t deserve to even work there , probably the only job you can get that allows you to be Unprofessional and ghetto!!!! Read morei am SHOCKED by the lack of professionalism and accommodation i just received at this location. i placed an order through the app—the popeyes app. not doordash, not ubereats, the official popeyes app, as i have done many times at many locations. i let the employee know i had a mobile order. she said to me “if you have a mobile order, you have to come inside.” i clarified “this is a mobile order through the app, and i am disabled” (as i am, i have mobility issues.) She once again said “if you want your food, you need to come inside.” one final time, i said “i am disabled and do not have the ability to come inside, please have my order at the drive through.” i was NOT rude, i did not raise my voice, i’ve worked many customer service jobs over the years. once again, she said i had to come inside. i left and immediately called customer service for a refund. even though i got my money back, that’s not the point. i understand that ubereats and doordash drivers have to come inside, that’s different. to be that rude to someone with a disability is absolutely unthinkable. there is not that much difference for an employee to give a customer an order at inside pickup or at drive thru. i am shocked and disgusted at the lack of basic empathy and customer service i received. the app literally said after i placed the order “come inside or drive up to the drive thru...

Every single time I have ordered from here they are out of all drinks except maybe three, out of multiple flavors, never have sauces, and they forget multiple things I have paid for making me lose around $100. And don't even think about ordering online because they wont even call you if something you ordered is out of stock, they will just give you a random drink, flavor or item as a "replacement" (and the most disgusting ones at that). I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt countless times because I work in food service as well so I know how stressful it can get at times but this is just absolutely ridiculous. The hiring team really has to do a better job because the employees here are genuinely a joke, none of them want to work. If I could give a 0 star for the service I would, even at other locations the food tastes much fresher and healthier (even though its not healthy food, it is much tastier at other locations) so clearly this is a location and staffing issue. Spare your time and MONEY and just drive or order from another location. And to the manager/supervisor you need to seriously rethink your employees at this location. I have never had such bad service I had to write a review about how horrible the experience was, and four times in a row at that....
