Skip It. If this is the very last place to get food you are better off just going hungry and even starving to death. Today I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 12 minutes saying hello every few minutes to no response, then thinking when the car in front of me moved I moved too assuming the speaker is broken. After another 12 minutes I get up to the window and ask if this is where we order since there was no response at the speaker. The fellow at the window looks at me, turns around and hollers some numbers turns back to me and says "what did you order?" Again, I said "I didn't order because nobody answered me at the speaker, so when the car in front of me moved, I moved, I sat there behind them for 12 minutes, can I order now?" he says "No we don't take orders here, you need to go back around to the speaker" so I started to explain again that I had already spent over 10 minutes at the speaker but he turned around again and started yelling numbers. I left and went to McDonald's across the street. McDonald's had double lanes clear full and I still got home 12 minutes from the time I placed my order. I have had other Arby's and had no problems but every time I go to this Arby's it is a terrible experience. The service is beyond slow and just basically non existent as far as service goes, the sandwiches are just thrown together, if you get a Beef N Cheddar you will either be asking where is the beef or the cheddar or you will be asking for a fork because it is too messy to eat. I really hope that a new owner will take over this Arby's soon because my spouse like Arby's and I just can't deal...
Read moreThere was only one other person in the store tonight when I went in so I wasn't surprised to be greeted right away. My order was also taken immediately but the young lady had a little difficulty inputting my coupon so I had to wait about 30 seconds for the manager to come verify she'd done it correctly. I got 2 of the new garlic bacon melts, a couple of french dips and a couple of jamocha shakes. I was thankful the manager decided not to make my shakes right away because, oddly, the french dips seem to take much longer than they should have. I don't know why, either... judging from the way they tasted when I got them home, they certainly hadn't been made fresh! It's unfortunate that my trip was marred by that because everything else was exemplary. This new manager bent over backwards to serve all my needs to the absolute best of her ability and I have no doubt that had she had a hand in making my sandwiches, they would have been fresh and perfect. I expect the changes to management will result in a much more welcoming and enjoyable experience for all Arby's patrons who may not have been able to achieved that with prior management. Read moreExtremely poor customer service. I keep going back for the food...but after this last visit I will drive out of my way rather than around the block. Lazy employees who ignore you when you walk in and make you feel like you're creating extreme agony just so do thieir job. No one would come up and take my order when I entered and an employee leaving stopped and said I'll take your order before I leave. Several minutes later I asked for a complete refund after being told they were out of something AFTER my order was taken and was told by the drive-thru attendant that he didn't know how to do refunfs and he walked off without finding someone. I asked very loudly two more times and only when I screamed and used profanity did someone come around and said they are talking with their manager. Why couldn't they just say that? The empolyees at this location are always bickering with each other in front of customers and completely ignore customers with the "that's my job" attitude. None of them deserve minimum wage much less $15. Avoid this location...
