So, there are issues. The park is not well maintained. Trash is everywhere. Overflowing trash can was noted. Homeless people are present. Poorly maintained restroom facility. The locals seem to be reluctant to clean up after their dogs do their business. Guess people are just too lazy and expect others to clean up after them. This park would be nicer if the city or county maintained it.

What a great place to just go and make a day of it. Clean all the way around. Clean, stocked restroom facilities, very friendly people with a willingness to lend a hand. Service with a smile. 😃 what a great night. Was even able to see that 80,000 year comet cross the sky. No refreshments stand so...

Nice place to visit with other alternative lifestyle people. There is a homeless guy living the park and sleeps on the picnic table behind the restrooms. The children play area is nice and well kept. The parking lot is large and the walking trail provides a good place...
