If you’re expecting great customer service, then this location is not the place for you. I walked in and stood in front of the register for about a good 10 minutes before I was even greeted. Now I understand sometimes it gets busy but it does not take a lot to just greet your customers. The sad thing is that I know the workers seen me because we made eye contact multiple times and still no greetings. When the girl finally came to take my order she just walked up to the register and stood there with a blank stare on her face like I was supposed to know she was ready to take my order. I then proceeded to give my order and when I had questions about the meal, it was like I asked her for her soul. She explained everything with attitude and when my meal was called I asked for some barbecue sauce and It seemed like I inconvenienced her whole day, not to mention I had to actually get back off my car and go in to ask for plastic ware and condiments because there was nothing in my bag. All in all this location needs some new people skills. I There was a lady after me that had to yell to get their attention to ask if she could give her order because she to was standing there for about 15 minutes while the workers just talked behind the ovens. New employees or new management is needed at this location ASAP. This is the second time I’ve left this location unpleased with the service given. I never get treated like this at Popeyes. It is a little further to drive but I’d rather give my money to a company that actually acknowledges...
Read moreI write this at about 10:10 p.m. only to be informed that despite not closing for another 20 minutes the only chicken that this establishment has left is a single piece of thigh. Upon asking the employee Alex at what time I should show up to still be able to expect chicken he took literally about 45 seconds to respond, likely because he just wanted me to leave, until he finally said I don't. He then paused again for a minute and I asjed again by what time should I get here to be able to still get food? He then finally said I don't know like 2 hours maybe an hour before we close. This is now the second time I have attempted to go to Kentucky Fried Chicken between 30 to 40 minutes before they close. This was actually the second Kentucky Fried Chicken I went to as I had originally stopped at the location on Decatur and Ann Road prior at like 9:45pm to attempting to satisfy a family member and they're craving for Kentucky Fried Chicken. Read moreI placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. I checked the pickup area and it was empty so I waited behind a woman who was at the counter ahead of me. She was helped by the staff member and exited. The staff member then immediately walked away while I stood there and went on to work on something else.
I waited there for so long with no greeting, help or anything. An employee clocked in at the front register and didn’t acknowledge me. What looked like a manager even came to the front and got something from a drawer and never acknowledged me. Eventually the girl working the drive thru window came over and helped me by giving me my order that had BEEN ready but was just left sitting behind the counter and not in the pick up area.
It was really rude to have them ignore me in an empty restaurant. All guests should be treated equally and not some helped immediately and some completely ignored. This was my first time at KFC in years and this poor service was so disappointing. I will...
