I came to this location on 3/26/2020, during the beginning of this pandemic of the covid-19. When I placed my order, they allowed everyone to order and then were asking ppl to wait outside for their food in order to follow the social distance practices. The cashier told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I was cool with that. 30 minutes turned into a hour and a half wait.
I was seeing people who had ordered after me receive their food first. I had went in twice asking about my order and each time, they told me it wasnât ready yet. Ppl who ordered huge meals after me was getting their order and all I had ordered was their bogo deal, buy 10 piece meal get one free and a small fry. When I finally got my food it was cold. Thatâs a problem because you mean to tell me I waited an hour and a half for my food and it still came out cold? To me, that meant my order could have already been done and they forgot about it or didnât make it a priority. I was starving by the time I got my food and had other errands to run so I ate the fries but couldnât eat the cold wings. Well it was about 4 hrs later when I called the Buffalo Wild Wings to speak to the manager about my experience and he was flat out rude. I wanna say his name was Bryan or Ryan or something like that, he was working the night shift. He handled my complaint so unprofessionally. He started cutting me off while I was talking, and then said â If the food wasnât good to you, why would you wait so late to call us? now I think you already ate all the food â I told him It doesnât matter whether I called 2 mins after I received my food or 2 hours later, if a customer calls to tell you about their experience you need to at least acknowledge what went wrong and try to reconcile. He told me I could bring the food back when I asked for a refund. Seriously? Your gonna take food back 4 hours later to prove if I had eaten it already or not just because youâd rather not refund me back my money? I told him I had pictures of the food and the dirty box of food it came in. The box of wings and the fries had sauce residue on it when I received it. Horrible presentation. He started huffing and puffing and said in a irritated way â whatâs the 4 digits of the card you used to pay for it â I provided it to him then he said he would refund me in the morning which was weird because why wouldnât you be able to refund me right then and theređ I called the next morning and got a different manager and she said he wasnât in at the moment but sheâs pretty sure he issued the refund. I waited a week and never got my $15 back. The only reason I made such a big fuss about the $15 is because I shouldnât of never waited that long for my food when it STILL came out cold, if I wait a hour and a half for my food it needs to come out steaming hot . And also because the manager did not try to accommodate me at all. I ended up having to dispute the $15 With my bank because he was such a jerk and never issued it. Will never go back to...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings is a haven for wing lovers, offering a fantastic dining experience that combines delectable flavors with a welcoming atmosphere. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of savoring some of the best-tasting wings I've ever come across, while also enjoying the company of a diverse and friendly staff.
Let's start with the star of the showâthe wings. Buffalo Wild Wings certainly lives up to its reputation when it comes to delivering flavorful and mouthwatering wings. From the classic Buffalo sauce to the variety of creative flavors, each bite was a burst of deliciousness that left me craving more. The wings were perfectly cooked, maintaining a crispy exterior while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. The wide selection of sauces and rubs catered to all taste preferences, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The staff at Buffalo Wild Wings played a significant role in enhancing the overall experience. I was greeted by a team that exuded positivity and genuine enthusiasm. Regardless of their height, race, or background, every member of the staff seemed genuinely glad to be there, creating a warm and inviting environment. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness made me feel valued as a customer, further contributing to the positive dining experience.
It is worth mentioning that the manager went above and beyond to make the visit memorable. The act of providing a gift card for engaging in a cool movement exemplifies their commitment to customer satisfaction. Such gestures not only show appreciation for customers but also demonstrate a desire to create a loyal and supportive community. It's these little touches that set Buffalo Wild Wings apart and contribute to the overall positive impression.
The ambiance of the restaurant was vibrant and energetic, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for sports enthusiasts and casual diners alike. The ample seating and strategically placed TVs allowed for a comfortable and immersive sports viewing experience. The lively atmosphere made it a great place to gather with friends, indulge in delicious wings, and cheer for your favorite teams.
While Buffalo Wild Wings excelled in most areas, there is still room for improvement. The noise level in the restaurant could be overwhelming at times, making it challenging to hold conversations. Additionally, the service, although friendly, could be more prompt during peak hours.
In conclusion, Buffalo Wild Wings delivers on its promise of providing exceptional wings and a welcoming atmosphere. The flavorsome wings, diverse and friendly staff, and the manager's thoughtful gesture all contribute to a positive dining experience. Whether you're a wing connoisseur or simply seeking a fun and lively environment to enjoy delicious food, Buffalo Wild Wings is a...
Read moreWhere to start... The first time we came here we practically had to seat ourselves. When we walked in there was no greeting and three employees were standing at the podium just talking about personal things that I could care less about. Once we finally sat down it took 45 mins to receive our food and after our food was served we didn't see the server again until she wanted to give us our check. We spent a total of approximately 2 hours there and it was only 2 of us. We spoke to the manager at the time and explained it all to her and she apologized and begged us to come back if she fixed the problem but it was also her last day at this location. She actually cleared our check even though I told her I still wanted to pay for my food (it's still a business).
Our second experience here the start of service was decent but once again the server was very hard to find. Once we were done eating and the empty basket were on the table for quite a while (approx. 30 mins.) we never received a check. I had to finally walk up to the cashier and request my check so that I could pay for the crappy service we had even though we were ready to just walk out (probably should have).
Now here we are a third time (never should have come back, stupid on my part). We walked in at approx. 9 am and was greeted by the manager and got to sit where we requested, surprisingly, and we were told the the bartender, Robin, would be serving us since there wasn't a waitress on shift yet. We didn't have any problem with that until we experienced the bartender's attitude. When she was taking our order she kept forgetting what we ordered. It didn't seem too bad at first but once the food came out I barely got any fries with my buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, our wings were undercooked and the breading was falling off, they forgot the celery, and she forgot the sugar for my iced tea (which was requested when orders were taken). I waited for a few minutes for someone to come around so I could let them know the deficiencies until I finally decided to call the restaurant and let the bartender know we needed service in the dining area. Once I told her we were sitting in here (only 1 other party was seated at the time) she hung up on me and came by and had to ask if I was the one that called with that attitude I was talking about. When I told her about the wings she asked, "so do you want me to remake them?" seemed like a silly question to me but I just simply replied, "yes please".
I will never come here again at this point and I would not recommend for anyone else to have this experience. I can understand mistakes here and there, everyone makes mistakes, but this is ridiculous. I made a huge mistake of ever coming back the after the...
