The worst experience I’ve had with a Dairy Queen. They serve my family congealed gravy. They do not answer the phone. I couldn’t eat any of my food- I wanted to fully refund this meal and get something elsewhere but they said I couldn’t do it the next day. I decided to cook dinner the night that this happened. What a poor experience. They never get our order right even if we go pickup our food or if we get it delivered. This experience was by far the worst when the cashier was shouting over me to talk to somebody behind me. She took the persons order who was behind me while I stood in front of her. She then walked away to make the order for that customer when I was waiting in front of her. I was only there to pickup a mobile order that was supposed to be ready when I walked in. Somebody else came to the counter and asked what I needed. They almost have my sundaes to the person behind me. When the cashier finally handed my food to me, that’s when I realized my order was sitting in front of me for 17 minutes under the chicken warmer while I waited in line. I know food bags are not supposed to be there… The app already told me my food was ready but they were too busy talking to other customers and making jokes to take my order and get my food to me, I’m sure that’s also why they didn’t answer the phone when I called multiple times. The wait in the drive-through is absolutely ridiculous and the miss management of their time and product that people we the people are paying for my family and I total of four came in and got blizzards and cheeseburgers. Our cheeseburgers were done way after the ice cream our blizzards were melted. They were given to us messy and falling over. We mentioned something to the gentleman at the window, and he looked at us like we were crazy and we both mentioned to him aren’t blizzard supposed to be handed to us upside down to show us that the ice cream is tight and firm. He didn’t want to do it because the freaking ice cream was melted and we told him the ice cream was melted and he’s gonna sit there and argue with us and didn’t even give us any napkins and then, when we asked for napkins, he had an attitude definitely management needs to spoof up the training the Customer Service because this is uncalled for. The principle here is we all need each other you guys need us for business we need you to provide the customer service and the product and when one is lousy, it just causes a headache and it goes to show by all these other comments before mine so many of us feel the same way and no manager nor corporate office. Nobody has commented on any of these complaints...
Read moreI always go to this location as it is the closest to me. I’ve never had a bad experience until tonight. I went through the drive thru and had a bad experience with an employee named “Damian” everything was fine until he handed us our blizzards. He did not flip over the cup and I said something about it because I noticed our blizzards were runny. When he handed the blizzards to us the were definitely runny and they spilled on my husbands pants and our car seats. He caught attitude and said it wasn’t runny so I handed it back to him and told him to flip it over which he did and then he said “ well now they are “. I asked him for napkins and asked him to please make a new one and he mumbled something and slammed the window shut. Some other employee who was a female handed us the new blizzard because Damian went to hide. I asked the female his name and asked for the store managers name which she acted like she didn’t hear and said “huh” and ignored me twice. She then said “ I THINK her name is Marylin”. I don’t know why they have these unprofessional teenagers working there if they can’t even have good customer service. I know they will have no consequences but they need to be taught some customer service if they will continue...
