This Popeyes is a joke, workers who worked the evening shift exactly today 7/23/25 Wednesday are lazy, incompetent, don’t have no customer service skills whatsoever. First of all, God is my witness I proceed through drive thru 5:58pm placed my order, the young girl who was on speaker 🔈 talking to me was rude, no customer service skills 💯 keep repeating what I have said. Then we drove up to the window a young kid/teenager took our payment, gave us our receipt & said to go park they’ll bring our order out once it’s ready. My order was 16 pieces of chicken legs & thighs only Family Meal. We were told it’s going to be couple of minutes I said ok. We went to park in front, 15 minutes passes by, I asked my son to take the receipt go in & ask how long was it going to be. My son came back said they took our receipt & they told him they need to start working on our order making sure they had it right. So, I walked back in with my son, asking the guy I’m assuming he looks teenager too, because when I asked for my receipt back he said “you’ll get it back once we have your order ready.” So, I said ok, me and my son sat back down 10 minutes passes by now it’s 6:25pm exactly I got up & asked for my receipt back so I can check the time stamped on it it was 5:58pm timestamp and it is now 6:30pm so, I asked why it was taking forever the kid who took our payment at the drive thru window keep on replying because they had to defrost the chickens, I thought that was unprofessional, I felt like he was smart mouthing I asked are you the manager? He said no, I said get me your manager on duty. Now, mind you this location is our regular location to go to. We always come here to order Popeyes but, during the early time of the day right when they open up their service hours. The older adults people always get our orders in timely manner, no longer waits. Today we were the only car in the drive thru, it wasn’t even backed up or look busy, they were plenty of worker standing around doing nothing. Instead of saying sorry for the wait have no customer service skills. I want the franchise owner of this location to look and read...

Read moreExtremely Disappointed with the Service at Popeyes on West Craig
I’m beyond disgusted with the service at the Popeyes on West Craig. Since the newer location on Fifth Street opened, this one isn’t nearly as busy—which makes the lack of care even more unacceptable.
I ordered a big box chicken strip dinner and specifically requested Mardi Gras and Sweet Heat sauces. Before pulling off, I checked the bag and saw they gave me one Mardi Gras and a regular ranch—completely disregarding my order. I also asked for Cajun Sparkle and honey. The young lady at the window (light-skinned, with a stuck-up attitude) quickly snapped, “The honey is in the bag,” without even checking.
When I got my food, everything felt like it was just thrown in the bag without care. My red beans and rice were flipped upside down and almost spilled all over. The fries were actually fresh, but again—carelessly packed. I double-checked the bag, and of course, the honey wasn’t there.
When I asked again, she acted like I was bothering her. She came back with the Sweet Heat sauce and threw a handful of condiment packets into the bag. When I looked at them, many were stuck together in a clumped, sticky mess. It was nasty. I pulled them out and handed them right back to her, saying, “These are disgusting—I don’t want these.” The crazy part? She didn’t even want to touch them. So why hand them to a customer?
This shows me that the employees at this location just don’t care. They’re showing up for a paycheck, not to provide decent service or represent the Popeyes brand with any kind of pride. I left completely disgusted by how carelessly everything was handled and the disrespectful attitude I received. Do better. Just happened at today at...
