This was honestly the WORST place I have ever been to in Vegas ! We came on a Sunday night around 6:30ish. When we came in there is a little line but nothing too bad. I was super excited to try this place because I saw it on TikTok. The lady at the front didn’t great us or anything just said “how many” I say two she says 43$ we pay and go to our seats. When my bf goes to sit down there is food all over his chair and the table. I take some napkins and start wiping the table down. Our server comes and we ask if she can wipe the table down with a wet rag she then grabs the napkin next to my bf and wipes the table and leaves. Which didn’t even clean the table but we move on. My bf then asks another worker if she knows where the forks are she says i don’t know I don’t know I don’t know …. Like how if you work here ? I go to grab food and there is absolutely NO order, everyone is rude and just pushing their way through and the food area is a mess ! We grab our first plates and sit down the food is a hit or miss. Some was hot while other things were cold as if they were sitting out all day. We then try and get some more food just to see if it’s maybe a timing thing we come back and our table is cleared off. Everything is gone the waiter comes and was looking very shocked that we were still there … which we literally just got there so idk why she thought we would’ve left. She gets us more utensils and then says “ you need to get your own refill “ but then proceeds to grab another tables refills like what ? I go to grab our drinks as I’m getting ice a worker comes up right next to me and basically cut me in line to grab other people drinks doesn’t say excuse me or anything. But we move on I go to grab another plate which had some crab legs and some shrimp. NASTY! The shrimp was mushy and the crab tasted like it had been sitting in water all day ! I ask my bf to grab me some lemon but by the time he came back I didn’t even want to eat the food. Now my bf loves lemon so he was eating the ones he grabbed for me and that when he’s like omg … there’s a hair wrapped around my lemon. At that point we grabbed our stuff and left. I should’ve asked for a refund but I felt like with all the bs we had already dealt with I didn’t even want to deal with that. I promise you I will never come back...
Read moreOur initial visit was generally acceptable, and I particularly enjoyed the hibachi option. However, we did observe that the staff seemed a little overstretched, leading to slower table clearing and less frequent check-ins with customers.
We decided to return recently, this time bringing along friends, hoping for a more seamless experience. Unfortunately, our second visit proved to be quite disappointing.
Our disappointment began with the availability of certain popular items. Dinner service is advertised to begin at 3:45 PM. My husband, who particularly enjoys your crab legs, inquired about their availability shortly after 3:45 PM. He was informed by a staff member that they would not be available until 4:00 PM. This timing discrepancy felt illogical, as one would expect all dinner items to be available at the stated start time. Furthermore, the manner in which this lady was rude and unhelpful, which left a negative impression.
When the crab legs were eventually brought out about 3:55 PM only a single tray was presented. Predictably, this small quantity was depleted within a matter of minutes.
Additionally, our friends found their hibachi dishes to be excessively salty, which further detracted from their meal.
These issues collectively led to a very unsatisfactory dining experience for our party. We value both quality food and attentive service, and unfortunately, neither was consistently met during our recent visit. We won’t return nor would I recommend this buffet to other family...
Read moreAs a Vegas local I've been to MANY buffets (Caesars, Rio, Luxor, MGM, all the station casinos, etc) and when I heard about this one I was excited to try it but I also didn't have high expectations. I was blown away by this place. There is a huge selection of food to pick from; fresh salads, soups, DIY ramen/hibachi stations, huge variety of sushi, deserts, refillable drink station, etc. I have never been to a buffet where every single food item I selected was delicious until this one. Price for lunch was about $15 per person which I felt was very reasonable and after trying the food, an amazing deal. Atmosphere was great! Plenty of space between tables, clean tables/chairs/floors, attentive wait staff. Music wasn't overstimulating, self-serve buffet was stocked frequently, clean, and not overcrowded. Staff were remarkable. One customer that needed to use a motorized cart for mobility was guided by a staff member who patiently helped her pick out her food. Friendly all around when asked questions.
