CHINA kITCHEN — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

After ordering from this chain for over 16 years…OMG what a disappointment! Placed an order for delivery on Friday for Pork Fried Rice, Egg Foo Young, Butterfly Shrimp and a couple extra sweet and sour sauce, the order taker could not bring us up by phone number after he tried mine and my wife’s numbers ( they have had both on file) nor by address which he requested. After giving our information and my credit card info, he said it would be about 45 minutes no problem. Order arrived 75 minutes later, driver proceed to request cash payment. After I explained it was a cc purchase the driver calls the restaurant, speaks with the order taker and proceeds to hand me the phone. The order taker then says he does have my number and to just sign the back of the receipt and told me not to forget the drivers tip (we have NEVER not tipped a delivery driver)! Went to retrieve a pen and my wife says there’s no sweet and sour. I proceed to tell this to the driver and ask that he go back and get one , after which I sign as requested and tip the driver. After 25 minutes I called the restaurant and was told the driver was on his way. Driver arrives with extra sauce for the egg foo young and some orange sauce that I have never seen. I called the restaurant and asked to please speak with the manager or owner and was told by the order taker he was the manager! When I asked why the hell did he send me the same sauces he sent the first time he told me I was f*ing crazy at which point I told him to have a GM or Owner call me and hung up. FYI…the Butterfly Shrimp (which we have enjoyed many times in the past) have an uncanny resemblance, texture and taste to the same ones we purchase...

Review of China A Go Go This is at Aliante, I think we got a color thing going on toward some customer’s. 2nd times recently visited China A Go Go and, unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The decor was somewhat outdated, and it didn’t create a warm or inviting vibe that one typically expects from a dining establishment.

What stood out most during my visit was the indifference of the staff. They seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, which made it challenging to feel comfortable. When I approached them with questions about the menu, their responses were curt, and they lacked the enthusiasm that enhances a dining experience.

I believe that good service can make a significant difference, and in this case, it detracted from what could have been an enjoyable meal. Moving forward, I hope the management considers ways to improve both the ambiance and the customer service to create a more welcoming environment for diners.

Really disappointed I like their chow mein it's not bad so I ordered chow mein and got super size for an extra dollar when the cook brought up the food in the regular size container not the super sized container he told the cook that I was meant to have a super sized container of food the cook took the regular sized container dumped it into a super sized container and gave it back there is no size difference it's literally just get an extra dollar out of you I explained that I saw what he did and he tried to tell me no no he put extra noodles and that doesn't make any sense because in order to put extra noodles he would have to make extra noodles there was no extra noodles made if you put extra noodles they would have been cold noodles with no flavoring or chicken in them or vegetables in them so don't order anyting supersize it's just taking an extra dollar out of you there is no...
