I went through the drive thur placed and order for a get together I was attending. I ordered two 10 piece bucket meals. I was then informed that they had no chicken and I would have to wait 30 minutes. Being absolutely shocked seeming I am at a chicken place and wasn't ordering anything out of the usual. So at that point I had to revise my order choosing to order hot wings I was informed that those would be 10 minutes as they cook on demand. I was okay with that. I pulled to the window paid my for my order and I asked the young man was there going to be like 5 mins left until they're done? He said no because they don't drop them until they are paid for so I pulled to front as I was advised to do to wait on my order. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting and decided to go inside to see just what the wait was. A young man at the counter went to back to check, he then brings my order up packed and ready to go then out of the back a worker came up screaming to the top of her lungs as to how many hot wings the worker had put in my box. She then took my box of chicken and went to the back proceeded to remove it from the box. She said her name was Jazeel. Don't know how true that was because she had removed her badge. And she started no manager was working. That had been the worse display of customer service on this planet and the sad part this KFC is in my community which is a great community and a lot of wonderful businesses around. I know they say customers are always right but I don't live by that saying I believe customers have the right to be satisfied and this employee needs further training on that. After yesterday interaction I will never spend a dime in this KFC. It might not affect their bottom line but I will patronize establishment who value the customers who spend their money in...
Read moreI've eaten here a few times. I have several issues with this location. My biggest gripe is the service, or lack thereof. The only primary interaction is via the ordering kiosk. If Coronel Sanders saw this, he'd flip his bucket lid. No one will acknowledge your presence, unless you block their path. The server yelled my name to pick up my order, but then disappeared into the back, forgetting to also give me my drink cup. So I stand there and wait...for over 2 minutes. All the while, my food is getting cold
Why is more emphasis or priority given to drive-thru than customers in the lobby?
Why isn't it possible for kiosks, if we're forced to use, why doesn't it issue a paper receipt? I don't like giving out my phone number and/or email every time I ordere. I shouldn't have to.
Customer service is long gone from fast food in general. But when prices are raised to the point of a sit-down restaurant level, I draw the line. At least in a sit-down restaurant, a server will take my order and bring it to the table. The food quality was completely mired by the lack of service. I was so aggravated, I ate as fast as I could just to get out of there.
What is also peculiar to.me, is the fact that most of the 4/5 star reviews are from users with less than 3 reviews, telling me something isn't right about the higher rated reviews.

Read moreSeptember 1st, order placed at 5:40pm. I sat in the parking lot and began to place a mobile order. The estimated time the order would be ready was 5mins later. I decide to go ahead and walk in and sit in the lobby. No rush though so I allowed 10mins vs the 5mins. There was no food placed in the pickup location so I decided to wait at the counter. After standing another 5mins with no hello, no acknowledgement or may I help you I was annoyed.
I saw someone place a bag of food by the area where they pack the food. I thought that can't be my order because it's just sitting there and nobody placed it in the mobile pickup area. Meanwhile, the three ladies working had already seen me walk in, sit down, look for my order, stand by the counter and nobody had any sense think that maybe this is that customer's order. And why not put it where it can be picked up? The staff is horrible and could easily be replaced.
The only thing that I appreciated was that the food was decent and the price was good. Do better KFC. You ladies are too old to have this type of behavior. Everyone looked over 35. Get your life...
