My family has always loved Panda Express. We were super excited to have one opening so close to our home. We are the type of people to always give places a second chance. I have given this location o n North 5th two to many chances. Every time we have gone some how they always mess up on our order. They either don't give you what you ask for or they don't give you a complete order that you paid for. I have even done there customer survey and given them feedback on how trouble my experience was and didn't even get a response. One of the last times I went there employee was so negative towards me and on how I needed the meal prepped. I understand that places run out counters especially ones for the kids meals. But when they tell you that the kids meal will be going in the bowl and you ask if it can go in one of the white counters because you have an autistic child at home who doesn't like there food to touch you should say.... no problem and accommodate to there needs; no she kept telling me that she couldn't do that. She then told me that I could talk to the manager whom I never spoke to she did. Which the manager told her to do what the customer asked for. The quality of service and quality of food is not what where...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLast weekend on Sunday 09/14, I had a disappointing experience with the staff here. Most of the employees were rude, lacked professionalism, and spoke to each other in Spanish while staring and laughing at customers. The only person who stood out positively was the young Asian girlāshe was polite, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I even mentioned how uncomfortable it felt that the staff were speaking in another language while serving customers, and she kindly apologized, though it wasnāt her fault.
The food itself comes out fresh and fast, which I appreciate. However, if the staff cannot maintain professionalism and courtesy, it completely ruins the experience.
The reason Iām leaving this review today is because the same thing happened again. This time I went with my girlfriend, who speaks Spanish, and she confirmed that the employees were talking negatively about customers in Spanish. That is unacceptable in any business.
Management needs to step upātrain your employees properly, set standards for customer service, and create a welcoming environment for everyone. The food may be good, but the atmosphere your employees create makes people not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe in restaurant experience was horrible. Waited so long to be helped that I sat down and there was no one else was in the restaurant. One employee eventually said we will be with you shortly. When a youngman finally came to take my order . He mumbled something. I asked him are you sure your ready as you had us waiting so long and no one is in here. Instantly he got an attitude! I ordered a two item with white rice and asked for red sauce one the white rice. He advised he could not put the red sauce on the rice. He then filled the little cup about a 1/4 filled. I asked him to fill the cup please. He did but you could see the attitude. I pointed to my family member for the next order and he declined based on the customer service and walked out. The youngmanrung up my order and in handing me the receipt said āhereā and walked away.
Been months since Iāve had Panda, but will never, ever go to this location again and itās a half mile from me. The customer service industry is not for everyone and this youngman has quitea few years to go. Customers should be acknowledged when they are waiting to helped not ignored.
I gave two stars because the food was good....
