Customer service with leads & managers is substantially poor on “ALL” levels! They’re Unable to problem solve, bridge between “customer” and personal friends. Condescending and loud talking over me leading to even more frustration. Major concern is having to waste more time giving delivery person directions. I’ updated my profile numerous times. Why drivers don’t receive a full address for delivery is unacceptabile on all levels. I talked with manager Leslie after being on hold 10min. and (F.Y. I- No matter what time you call it’s always rush hour in their heads). I had to plead & beg her to correct the glitch on her end after explaining my concern several times then called me rude! She huffed & puffed throughout conversation and never emphasized or was apologetic. Driver Marisa arrived with pizza & was very cordial and knowledgeable unlike past drivers. And I tip(last time I’ll tip before receiving any orders) Aliante store is corporate owed unlike a franchise working with customer concerns in a timely manner. Corporate has to believe there’s more skills/knowledge to becoming a lead or manager besides working flexible hours and ordering pizza supplies. When I got my order home the pasta plate was burnt. I called the next day because I wanted to order more food. I called the store and told the person who answered what happened the cashier told me I can't exchange the pasta because I didn't call to tell about it the same night WHAT?!!! I called LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY!! ...(I have the burned plate AND my receipt even took a photo of the burnt food plate). I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT A PAYING CUSTOMER CAN'T RETURN/EXCHANGE FOOD THAT WAS BURNED BY THE COMPANY YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR FOOD AKA PARTONIZING THE COMPANY! Read moreThis is now the 4th time I have ordered from this store and it has taken over an hour for the food to arrive. What happened to 30 minutes or less??? I ordered my tonight at 6:18 pm and it is now 7:28pm and my food still is not here. When placing an order online the delivery time shows and mine was 31 minutes. The tracker told me the driver left with my food at 6:43pm. I only live 12 minutes away. I called the store and they told me the driver was still at the store! The manager cur me off when I tried explaining my frustrations. Then he tells me my food will take another 20 minutes to get to me because it's still cooking and the driver has 2 other stops to do before coming to me. I am so angry! If I wanted to wait for 90 minutes for my food to get to me I would have ordered from somewhere much better than dominos! The tracker is BS and is false advertising. How are they going to say the driver left the store when he hasn't? That is a blatant lie! I will not be ordering from here again ever!
