Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I ordered 2 iced coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches and a order of hash rounds. The hash rounds were black (like burnt) but COLD! How does this happen? My guess is they accidentally burnt them and left them under the A/C for a while because they were so cold even to the touch, it was absolutely disgusting. Then, BOTH breakfast sandwiches were decently warm, but also BURNT. When we biten into them both sandwiches literally crumbled and all you could taste was burnt bread. From the outside they looked fine, the burned bread as from underneath somehow. Luckily the coffee was good and we were able to drink the coffee to get rid of the horrible burnt taste from the food. Why would a place like Dunkin Doughnuts serve something this bad? How can they allow these employees be this inconsiderate and careless? This was beyond horrible. The coffee was delicious but not delicious enough to go back now especially with 2 different coffee chains right around the corner. I may try it out 1 more time in the future in hopes they properly train the employees but it will be a good...

We stopped here on our way out of Las Vegas to use the bathrooms. The space was so clean and the staff were so kind and friendly we ended up having an extended breakfast stop.

The team member serving us took a lot of care in taking a complex order from all our family members. They were extremely accommodating and even used their phone to show our kiddo photos of items that weren't pictured on the overhead menu.

All of the other staff were VERY friendly. We were wished farewell by many people. One employee who was completing some work in the parking lot waved to us to say bye.

We ended up ordering more and staying longer than we had intended. This was a world class customer service experience.

I went there like I have been doing almost every day for around 6-8 weeks and because yesterday's order didn't have any mocha in it I decided to taste it before I left. It didn't have any chocolate in it. So I asked for it to be remade. The woman got upset with me and made a joke about it to her coworkers with the window open so I could hear everything. When she brought it back it was watery and she just closed the window. The drink is now straight chocolate and I will not drink it. Called and the manager thought it was a joke too. Said I'm sorry but in a very condescending voice. I told her no she wasn't and they will get a bad review. The manager did say to come back and get a refund or fix it but I will not be back to that...
