Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Worst place ever. Denied my online coupon by saying I'm abusing the system. Granted i only used a coupon online 1 time prior. When I asked for my pizza to be cooked all the way thru instead of the 10 mins they said it will be ready, Manager got irritate then denied my order all together after i said forget the coupon I'll pay full price. He began yelling and threatening to call the police on me. Whatever happened to customer service and making the customer happy. Tried going to the other location and the manager there told me that she won't be serving me due to complaints from the simmons store. When i asked for information in regards to contacting corporate, i was told by the manager at both stores to look it up myself. Since howie's a family owned busines they can refuse service to anyone they want. I was BEYOND upset considering i have always been a loyal customer for years. I will NEVER give another penny to this horribly ran business and incompetent employees. Hopefully someone who has authority in the company can fix these issues and value customer service as much as you do the quality of your products. This was the worst experience i ever had at ANY place of business...

I placed an order at 9:30pm and was told it would take an hour to get to me. Waited till about 11pm yo call the store because my ordered wasn’t delivered. It was brought to my attention that my order was stolen from their delivery driver through door dash, mind you I placed my order over the phone and their system sent out my order with door dash. Dylan, the closing lead, I feel like he did what he could with contacting the owner in regards to a refund and possibly getting another order sent on the house but I would need to call the following day to process that because they were closed for the night. Today I called to do so, and John, I believe is a manager, was really unhelpful, only willing to do one or the other. Refund was process only, I asked if I could contact the owner myself and he said no and he was looking at the notes. Due to the inconvenience I believe they should have gave me both. I had to figure something else out for dinner with my kids end their friends that were sleeping over after 11pm. I’ve enjoyed the food previously, but the way this was handled, I will no longer support this...

I know, I know - who wants crust, most people just toss it unless its stuffed. Well Hungry Howies has mastered the flavorful crust issue.

Upon entering we were greeted with great customer service. Given the run down of the menu, the specials, and something I didnt know existed. I am able to pile the flavors on top of the crust - so not just one flavor, I could add as many as I wanted. Talk about kid in the candy store excited here.

We opted for a half & half plus several flavors on top of my crust. Now the butter herb is a def staple if you have not tried it before. Wow, wow, and just one more Wow because the 1st two were just not enough. Opened my eyes to a whole new crust lovely world.

Interior is not meant for seat in. You order, pay, and wait for your name to be called. Or now due to good Ol Covid, go outside and come back in within the time frame you are given.

Would def recommend - pricing is reasonable. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. If you have questions just ask and they will def you give the answers your looking for. Staff was wearing masks and gloves to ensure...
