I was excited to see that mountain mikes pizza made it to Las Vegas. I’ve had this pizza in California and it’s so good. I came in on Sunday at 8 pm and ordered the medium size everest pizza to go. It looked like a slow night. I asked the cashier if this is the first open location in Las Vegas, he just said “yes”. The cashier had no personality and took my order. He said it would take 15 minutes, I gave him a $5 tip which I believe is reasonable for a pick up order on a one medium size pizza. I was admiring how the restaurant had a family friendly set up. I then stepped out for 10 minutes and came back. I walked around and waited for another 20 minutes and the cashier had my pizza ready and didn’t bother to tell me that it was done. He watched me walking around waiting for my order and said nothing. At 8:30, he left and another cashier took over. He passed me without saying anything so that concerned me. I asked the other cashier, who is a sweet young lady, if my pizza is ready. She came back with my pizza and I asked her how long has it been done? She said she doesn’t know because she just got on the register. I opened the pizza and I could tell it was waiting a while when I felt the crust with my fingers, I was upset and I asked to return my tip. She didn’t object and politely gave me back my tip. The pizza is great but the first cashier needs to work on his service skills. The second cashier is a sweetheart and I can tell she’s the reason the restaurant stays afloat when dealing with lazy coworkers. She the reason I didn’t give a one...
Read moreTook the family to try this place that just opened up about 5 minutes from my house. The location was very clean but had a very franchise feel to it imagine a subway type of a look but for pizza. We ordered loaded fries and a large pepperoni with 6 wings. The loaded fries came first I should have taken a picture of how they looked horrible loaded with what? A spec of cheese and a few bits of bacon the presentation of them looked hideous for the price they were charging please completely avoid this if your thinking of trying them out I wouldn't.. Our chicken wings came next which I will say we're very tasty I ordered all flat if I remember I got the garlic honey type sauce they were really good. That's the main reason for the 3 actually. Our pepperoni pizza came next now kind you I've never been to or have had their pizza before but it tastes exactly like a 7/11 slice of pizza. Can't even taste the sauce more bread than anything else it's not going to look anything like the pepperoni pizza pictured on the menu or on their walls, it looks as if they count the pepperonis by hand and remove any extra that they may have added by mistake. Like I said $24.99 for a large pizza that tastes almost identical to a 7/11 slice... Your definetly better off going to old school pizzeria down the street atleast your getting your monies worth. Very disappointed with what we paid and the quality of food that we got. Won't...

This review is for the North Las Vegas location, which is still pretty new. I called ahead to check if they had a bar and beer available, but I was disconnected twice after being put on hold right away. Despite that, we decided to go anyway since we live nearby.
When we arrived, the staff was friendly and very helpful with menu selections. We noticed they had beer taps, but they aren’t approved to sell beer yet—they’re expecting to start in April 2025. I asked about the phone issues, and they mentioned they’ve had reported problems with their system and apologized, which I appreciated. Funny enough, if they had answered and told me they didn’t have beer, I probably wouldn’t have come in, so it worked out this time!
The wait for our pizza was about 25 minutes, and when it arrived, it was hot and delicious. We ordered the McKinley pizza, which was really good. The price was $25 for a medium pizza, and with two sodas, our total was $33.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I’ll probably give it a few months before coming back to let them iron out some of the new-location hiccups. Looking forward to trying it again once they’re fully up...
