Let me preface this review by saying that this location just opened. If it wasn’t a chain restaurant I would probably extend more grace, but for the volume of staff (including trainers) present, things should have gone more smoothly. We had a trainer and trainee. I’m guessing this was the trainee’s first server position as he was putting his hands on the top and rim of our drinks and plates, he wasn’t listening intently to take our orders as things were missing and orders were incorrect. He also didn’t know the menu. He was pleasant when he was corrected but it just consistently happened. It took us 16 mins to get drinks and we all had the same drinks. We ordered wine and we’re questioned if we were ok with the price. I get why he would ask but I didn’t see him ask the next table the same question. If we couldn’t afford it, we wouldn’t have ordered it. Most of dishes came out correct except for one. It was dry and incorrect. We sent it back to get what we ordered. Instead of making the correct dish they threw chicken on top of the already dry dish. Eventually the trainer came over and got the dish fixed. We had to keep asking for refills on the drink, salad and soup as well. Although this was my worst OG experience, Liz (a manager) and Antonio (trainer) did what they could to mitigate the situation. We don’t typically complain when we go out but we will return after they’ve worked the kinks out.

My experience today at this Olive Garden was very disappointing. First of all, we were seated in a weird sunroom section My experience with today's server: Disingenuous. She made a wild error mis-ordering a drink from the bar when I ordered a simple iced tea, litterly pointing to it on the menu. Then gaslit us instead of a simple apology. My experience with the food. It is supposed to be never ending, right? lol Well our server didn't seem to like the idea, I guess. We aren't big eaters and so in the end that wasn't a bad experience, but weird and lazy... The quality of the food is blah. I miss the era of qualified chefs working at the Olive Garden. Anymore it's just microwaved sauces and pounds of pasta. At least they had ONE option for mushroom, meatless 🙄 Had to request extra sauce for my POUND of angel hair build-your-own. And it was a manager who checked in on us. Still gave the gratuity... it's not my job to teach servers how to do their job on either end of that. Tip your servers, people... but just don't return to a lousy restaurant 🤷 I can NOT recommend We will certainly never return... too bad, cuz my son was so excited to go, for his birthday after watching all 3 Sonic Movies for his celebration. You sorely missed the minimum standard at this location

Once upon a time, in a restaurant industry, a philosophy was born. The concept of emerging the finer aspects of Italian dining within American casual dining. The result was a success. A brand name based on the simple fundamentals of Italian cooking. Beginning with a garden of grapes and olive oils. And later, I grew into a household name. A house where breadsticks and garden salads became the most fun part of the meal. Funny thing about American corporate and national franchise. Sometimes, the original idea gets lost. Like the last olive within a large bowl of tossed salad. Perhaps that is art in itself. During the same timeline, I was an artist in Las Vegas with a similar philosophy. Michael Godard began his designs with a pair of olives in a bowl shaped like martini glass. Everything else was based on a garden of American pop culture cuisine. A franchise of galleries paintings with animated olives, whimsical grapes, and dancing villagers. Much like Godard. Olive Garden earned their place as visionaries of the American Dream. By sharing their defining heritage. Redefines the artistry of American Cuisine today.

I wanted to write this review especially because of an incident that literally changed my life by an employee’s actions and empathy. MARISOL will forever be in my heart and should be highly respected appreciated and acknowledged for her outstanding contributions to society by simply being herself. All companies especially in customer services should hire employees like this. It would change the world making it a much better world. We were visiting family in Las Vegas at this establishment where my older daughter was having a rough kid day and had an aggressive ADHD meltdown tantrum. As a mom who believes in gentle parenting strategies, I did my best to take her outside and have a reflection moment to help her through the bad behavior. She was kicking me and fighting trying to run out into the parking lot which is not safe so I tried to hug her and comfort her until she was able to calm down a bit. Doing my best to teach her proper behavior in restaurants. 🤷‍♀️💜 When she calmed enough to return to the table she started fighting with her sister again and I was distraught. Finally she was given a gaming screen (but this was not the best answer to her tantrum I know but it was the only thing that stopped her from acting out) I took her sister to the restroom and completely lost it. I started crying the tears I held back through all this as I couldn’t contain them anymore. Once I calmed myself down we were washing our hands. Marisol was in the restroom by the sinks and offered such kind encouraging words to me as well and asking me if I needed a hug which I desperately did. After her kindness I was able to recompose myself and head back to our table. She also extended another kindness offering to purchase me a desert once we got back to the table. I tried to tip her to thank her and she completely refused the tip even though she really deserved it. People may not realize how much these simple gestures of kindness can mean to someone else. There needs to be more people like Marisol in this world changing lives. Her kindness will never be forgotten and her words will always remain with me to remind me that I’m doing a good job parenting and that everything will be ok. Sometimes all it takes to save a life is a smile or kind word so I promise to pay it forward if I ever see someone in distress or who looks sad and needs a kind word or offer a hug. This sort of kindness sets off a chain reaction of love into the world. Thank you from my entire heart Marisol! I also want to thank the server and manager that took care of us as well. It’s not easy to give service to families whose children may be acting up making it more difficult to take an order etc. thanks to this wonderful Olive Garden for hiring such a...

Today, my coworker and I had lunch at Olive Garden around 11:30 AM. We're both in the Nevada Army National Guard and were conducting drill, so we were in uniform. We had to return to work by 1 PM and figured we had enough time.

We were seated immediately, and our server quickly ordered our drink. We ordered mozzarella sticks, breadsticks, and Alfredo dipping sauce as an appetizer. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with Toscana soup for our meals, and my coworker ordered the baked ziti with salad.

Our drinks, breadsticks, appetizers, soup, and salad came out quickly, which was great. But when it came to our entrées, the service completely fell apart. We waited much longer than expected. We watched two families seated after us receive their meals before we did--one sitting directly before us.

With time running out, we asked for our entrées to be packed to go. The waitress took forever to bring the takeout containers. Since our food had already been sitting there, we started eating so it wouldn't get cold while we waited. It wasn't until my coworker physically got up from the booth and approached the manager, Yolanda, that our food was finally brought out.

Yolanda was the one bright spot of the experience. She came by our table twice to thank us for our service and even shared that a kind stranger had donated a $50 gift card for our meal. Our total was $62.58, and my coworker paid the remaining $12.58 in cash, along with a $5 tip for the server. I don't think the waitress earned that tip, but my coworker used to work in the industry and felt terrible.

Even with a generous gesture from a stranger and Yolanda's professionalism, the service from our waitress dragged down the experience. We barely made it back to work on time and left disappointed.

Overall: 2 out of 5 stars Poor service ruined what could have been a smooth lunch. We were in uniform and on a time crunch, but the staff didn’t care.

Food: 4 out of 5 stars The food tasted great and was still hot when it arrived. There were no complaints about flavor or temperature; it was just the long delay in getting our entrées.

Service: 1 out of 5 stars Unacceptable. Our waitress took forever to bring our entrées and to-go boxes. Tables seated after us were served first. We had to track down the manager to get our food finally.

Atmosphere: 3 out of 5 stars The restaurant was clean and calm, but it was uncomfortable watching other tables get better service while we, in uniform,...

A Disappointing Experience at Olive Garden – Never Again

Yesterday, I decided to enjoy a laid-back dinner at Olive Garden, expecting a pleasant experience. However, what unfolded was far from enjoyable.

Upon arriving, I was in good spirits and requested my non-alcoholic drink, a simple Ginger Ale, to be served in a wine or champagne glass—something I’ve done at other restaurants without issue. Instead of accommodating a paying customer’s reasonable request, the staff made an unnecessary fuss, outright refusing to serve my drink in anything other than a standard cup. The only way I could get a wine glass was by ordering actual wine, which I didn’t truly want but ended up purchasing just to avoid further back-and-forth.

When the wine glass finally arrived, it was shockingly filthy—covered in food debris and residue. I immediately pointed it out to my waiter, who appeared just as surprised as I was and even questioned why the bartender would send out such a dirty glass. He took it back, but when he returned, it seemed like they had simply wiped off the residue rather than properly washing it. At that point, I chose to trust that it was clean, though I was already feeling uneasy about the situation.

For my meal, I ordered the unlimited soup and salad. Unfortunately, the first bowl of soup was nearly inedible—thin, watery, and completely lacking in substance. There was no meat, barely any ingredients, and the broth tasted as if it had been over-diluted. I expected better quality, but I tried to make the best of it.

A few hours after eating, I regretted my decision entirely. Once I got home, I was overcome with excruciating stomach pain, which quickly escalated into violent vomiting and uncontrollable diarrhea—both happening simultaneously. It was a miserable and painful experience that left no doubt in my mind that it stemmed from the meal I had at Olive Garden.

This level of carelessness in food preparation and service is completely unacceptable. I went in expecting a relaxing meal and left with food poisoning and a ruined evening. Given this experience, I will never be returning to this location, and I strongly urge others to reconsider dining here if they value their health and...
