Salad and Go — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I genuinely love Salad and Go for their quick and efficient service. It’s one of my go-to spots for fresh, fast salads and breakfast or lunch on the run. I frequent this location often and usually have a great experience.

However, during a recent visit, I ran into a few frustrating issues that left me questioning some of their policies. I ordered two burritos and two large Green Reviver drinks. I drive a small car with limited cupholder space, so I asked if they had any cupholders. The staff told me they don’t offer them at all. I’m honestly confused—how do they expect customers to transport multiple drinks safely, especially when picking up larger orders?

To make matters worse, we weren’t given any straws for the drinks, and they only provided one napkin for two burritos. These burritos are a decent size, and clearly not just for one person. In this case, there were two of us, and we had to find napkins & straws elsewhere just to eat comfortably. There was a black girl at the drive-thru window. If she going to be on drive-thru duty she needs to do her job.

I still appreciate Salad and Go for their speed and food quality, but I hope they reconsider these small touches—cupholders, straws, and adequate napkins—that make a big difference in the overall...

Horrible Service and disgusting behavior

I used to love this establishments when I lived in AZ. When I found out they have a location in Vegas, I couldn't wait to go!

I was headed to the airport to catch my flight back to work but wanted to stop here first. I drive 30min out of my way to come here, and as I'm driving back to the airport to catch my flight, something said check your order. Come to find out, my order was wrong and missing items.

I drove back to get a refund on the incorrect order, and the lady I dealt with was extremely unpleasant and rude.

She refused to give me my refund when I first requested it (I provided her my receipt for verification). She refused to make my order the way I ordered it, stated she'll just give me the missing items on the side. She refused to return my receipt to me, she kept asking why, what's the point of you having it back, what do you need it for etc. All items purchased require a receipt for my expense report weekly by my company, as I had other items on there.

At this point I'm highly annoyed because not only am I risking missing my flight, now I'm arguing over MY receipt for MY purchases with this lady.

This was such a great find. We had to make multiple trips to and from Vegas on a family emergency and found ourselves craving healthier food options. Las Vegas food is in general phenomenal, but just heavier than what we are used to and probably more salt and fat. This little place ended up being a favorite of ours and where we went multiple times. The salads are insanely good, service is wicked fast and the prices are unheard of. They sell wonderful teas (unsweetened) for like $1.25 including a green tea with mango and then a black tea. The servers were super polite and you could tell they were very focused on cleanliness. I wish we'd see this chain in our area, but being from California, I know it's not likely. Everything would be twice the price, which I'd still pay, but there's just too many other factors that make CA unfriendly for a great place like this. Thanks for the great food. We will definitely be back...
