Mood- Black Tea Coffee Style

As many people know, I cant have coffee. And goodness it is hard. So many flavors so many ways. But I have found through trial and error I can still enjoy the flavors just with Black Tea. No it is not 100% spot on like coffee, but I will tell you this it works just fine.

Upon driving up I was greeted by Tony. We went over the menu and what I wanted. I opted for the Carmel Pumpkin Brulee- Black Tea style. Now Tony came up with the perfect pairing for everything to taste just like perfection in a cup.

This location just like the others. There is drive thru or walk up window. Depending on how busy they get, you order with a walk up order taker or place the order directly at the window. All of the employees are brought from the other 5 locations the owner has. I would recommend downloading the app as the points rack up quickly.

Would most def recommend - pricing is cheap. You are def not paying SB prices at all. Customer service is on point. I hope the customer continues as it is brand new right now. I went on Thursday, the 26th, around 6 PM. There were two baristas working, and there was no line. When we got to ordering, one of the baristas, who had blonde highlights in her hair, gave us attitude and was incredibly rude as we tried to place our order. When we received our drinks, they had gotten one of the sizes wrong, so we politely asked for the correct size. The barista taking the orders became visibly upset and started raising her voice at us just for asking for the correct size. We even offered to pay the difference, but she continued to be rude. Literally the slowest location in the whole city and the way the drive though it set up you can't even pull out to leave. There were 8 cars in line today at 10:30. It took an average of 4-5 minutes per vehicle, and there is no way to exit the drive though once in it. So I was stuck for 30+ minutes. I just wanted to order 1 drink, and even though I ordered and paid almost 20 minutes before getting to the window, they didn't start making it till I was actually at the window.
