Arrived at 7:16pm and placed my order at the kiosk. 4 Tacos and 1 Burrito Supreme with added onions.

Nobody is being served. There were 7 people in front of me and nobody has moved by 7:30pm. It seems that they are only serving the drive thru.

People start complaining at 7:45pm and a few were told that they had already been given their orders. Not true again. Nobody has received anything in over 45 minutes. Only the drive thru.

One man complains loudly and is told his order has been cancelled. Not true again. He received his drinks when he ordered but they have since melted and he has been standing there since before I came in.

It's now after 8:00pm. They remade one man's order and are starting to remake all orders because they keep telling the customers that there are no orders to be made. I figure somebody hit the cancellation buttons on the screens in the back but nobody will confess.

When it's my turn it's been almost an hour. I know that I should have left but I really wanted Taco Bell and I had already ordered a Lyft ride twice since arriving.

I received my order and jump in my Lyft. When I got home I only had three tacos and a small bean burrito with NO onions that I paid extra for. I should have checked before I left the store but I had had enough.

I called back and nobody would answer the phone. I called the next day and was told, sorry, we were busy and she hung up. No nothing like can we remake your Burrito Supreme and add the missing taco. Nothing.

Taco Bell has really gone downhill and it isn't Covid related. Just plain ole bad service and like nobody cares what...

I’m just disappointed… I’ve been coming here for months now after I moved and normal food always made right and cooked right but now this is my third time now that when I order they always mess something up. First time was putting lettuce in a beefy five layer burrito when it doesn’t come with any, second time was getting a fiesta potato with so much cheese and barely any sour cream… and now, I normal order a steak quesadilla with extra steak but my quesadillas had barely any steak and my beefy five layer had onions in it which I hate. I don’t know what happens but the food quality has gone down hill and im not gonna keep ordering from a place that allows this to happen. I’ve worked for Taco Bell before in years past and I know these items aren’t hard to make, Hell they some of the easiest items to make but employees can’t just have good attitudes they need to know how to properly make the food right and if you willing to keep employees who can’t make it right then I’m not coming back. I wasted money on food I physically couldn’t eat so I’m not gonna do it anymore. I hope...
