Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Today I placed an order at 618 pm. I was told the food would be ready in 15 minutes I arrived at the restaurant at 6:38 p.m. I was told at that time the pizza still had 2 minutes a few minutes later I was told that the wings were put in the wrong sauce. The truth should have been told at that time but instead lying was a better option.When I asked for my refund back because I had no time to wait. I was told I could not have my refund after just paying cash. I've was told that the district manager Omar Garza policy is provided credit or send me a check in 7 days. If I was provided bad customer service the first time why would I want to come back a 2nd time to experiance the exact same service. During the time being in the restaurant the phone rang continously. The employees where more concerned about playing on their cell phone. A refund shouldnt require a call to the district manager considering as a customer I paid for food. This location is convenient but I will never return. This was the worst customer service and the policy about a refund was simply idiotic. I've worked in customer service for years and things happen but to tell some they can't have the hard earned cash they just paid returned is...

The two pieces that I received were so bad I had to end up throwing them away one of them was just like rubber where it seems like the bread was frozen the other Pizza the meat on it was so dry you can eat it and it was hacked up all different types of slices none of them the same like they took the pizza cutter and just ran it any which way they wanted to will not order from Pizza Hut again and I have been eating pizza from Pizza Hut for 50 years... Update: 6/15/2023 it has been probably about 10 months since I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut thought I would give it another try order the thin crust since the other crust I used to order was always raw and the thin crust pizza is so bad it's thinner than a saltine cracker soggy on the bottom and so hard around the edges the kids couldn't even eat it so that is it for me with Pizza Hut. It is very sad because when I was younger I used to enjoy getting Pizza Hut with my kids my kids don't even go to Pizza Hut now and they're grown and they...

This place is so so so incredibly wrong for having done what they did. I was told by a disgusting rude clerk that was verbally attacking me over the phone that their was absolutely no Roaches in their boxes because they were never folded. As you can see in the above pictures their clearly was a roach underneath the food and ran out as I open the box. The disgusting rude employee proceeded to tell me that I should feed my kids and husband the food that had the roach in it. I think that is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for. That is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting and I absolutely do not recommend this place to the public. Also the other picture shows how dirty it is around their pizza facility.
