I am writing to share my profound disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. As someone who values supporting local businesses, I never want to leave a negative review. However, I believe patrons have the right to know about the issues they may face before entering your establishment.
During my visit, I sat down and began playing a gaming machine, yet it took over four minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge my presence. This happened only after they had an extended conversation with someone at the register and were walking out of the room into the kitchen. This lack of situational awareness and disregard for customer service left me feeling invisible and deeply frustrated.
Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that menu items listed as part of a meal are not automatically included unless specifically requested. This misleading practice is not only confusing but also unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust the menu as presented without having to explicitly request what is already stated as part of their order. This experience made me question whether this is a deliberate tactic to boost profits at the expense of transparency and customer satisfaction.
I want to emphasize that I take no pleasure in writing this, as I genuinely support local businesses and hope to see them thrive. However, experiences like this make it difficult to recommend your establishment, and I feel compelled to share these concerns so others are aware of what to expect.
I sincerely hope you address these issues with urgency and take steps to improve both your service and your commitment to honest business practices.

Read moreMe and my husband always come in the bar we have never had any issue with any bartender. Until today we order an order of bourbon wings which came in a meal and a side order of fries to go. When my husband brought the wings home and we started to eat I bit into one wing and it was gummy and smelled like they cook dirty chicken in dirty grease. And I also noticed the wing was battered in flour and fried. So I immediately called the location on Ann road to explain to the lady Westley the situation with my food.she argued me on the phone not even listening to what the customer was trying to express to her she displayed poor customer service and it seems like this is not the first time someone has reported her. So I told her I was on my way to show her how poorly her food was served to the customer. When I arrived I showed her how the chicken was battered and how pink and gummy the chicken was and she still argued with me and said she was calling the police and denied me my money back. Like I Express we were normal regular customers with no issues ever and I will never go back to a place that doesn't respect and value customer service I will also spread the word. If you value your establishment you need to rectify the situation immediately.

I rarely give a 1 star rating and unfortunately this is prompted by one employee, not the establishment, food or service well received. My friend and I arrived, after a long day of work related classes, took a seat at the bar and attempted to order a drink. We were immediately asked if we intended to play, to which we answered, "not sure, yet". We were told we needed to move to a table as seats at the with machines are for players only. My friend lives in North Las Vegas and gambles quite regularly. She has VIP status at the casino near her home and absolutely would have gambled had we been served and allowed a few minutes to collect our thoughts. When we explained to the bar tender we were happy to move for any other gamblers, we were still told to move to a table. We ordered our pizza, which was excellent, enjoyed the company of our food server, had one drink (at our...
