I really enjoyed the coffee at this coffee shop and used to buy it at least 5 times a month. Although I usually went to a different location, I decided to try this one for the first time. When I arrived, there were 3 cars ahead of me in line, but it wasn't crowded. The young female waitress taking orders seemed to discriminate against me. She ignored my order and went to take the order of the car behind me, even though I was there first. The driver of the car behind me had to remind her to take my order. When she finally came to take my order, she didn't greet me or ask for my phone number, which I had previously registered. She didn't confirm my order or tell me the total amount due, just demanding payment. Fortunately, I always ordered the same coffee, so I knew the price. I have been to this store many times before and have never been treated so poorly. All the staff at the other stores I visit are friendly and would never ignore my order. I never expected to have such a terrible experience at this store. Does the restaurant condone this type of behavior? No one should be treated in such a disrespectful manner. The waitress wasn't wearing a name tag, so I didn't know her name. If I had known her name, I would have contacted the manager. If this employee is content to treat me this way, please ensure she doesn't do the same to another customer! This is extremely distressing! I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend it to anyone. I encourage others to visit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRude! Yall need to learn how to train the little girls working there! They are rude! They will make you wait until Christmas before they come to your car to get your order. I sat in line for almost 15 mins while the girl took the car in front mine order and held a whole conversation as if they are long lost cousins!! This is not my first time experiencing that this is my third time experiencing that! The first time when I got my order finally they had an attitude and handed it to me by the lid and it almost spilled! If you have certain 7 brew girls that donāt want to service black women please say so and I will not visit this location. I will not stop at this one again. Then when I got out of the line and looked behind the girl was still at the same people car laughing and she shrugged her shoulders looking at my car and said oh well! Even though itās $6 coffee everyone should be treated fairly! I will NEVER go to this location again! I will drive to Memphis if I want 7 brew instead of stopping at this location! And if youāre wondering the place was not packed at all! So several workers saw me in line and couldāve taken my order! Yāall donāt have to worry about me I will never spend my money anywhere I canāt be treated...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been hooked on their mixed berry smoothieāit tastes phenomenal. Probably packed with sugar, but itās so good that I keep coming back for it.
What really makes the difference, though, is the people. Iāve noticed that not every 7 Brew location is the same. At some, the employees look sharp, are polite, and treat customers with genuine respect. At others, you might see someone in cutoff jean shorts or overly casual, even inappropriate outfits, which takes away from the overall experience.
This particular location, though, stands out for all the right reasons. The team here is presentable, respectful, and naturally conversational while you wait, which makes the visit feel personal instead of rushed. One barista even told me, āHave a blessed day.ā That wasnāt some scripted lineāit felt real, thoughtful, and heartwarming, especially to know someone of faith was taking my order.
For me, itās not just about the drinkāitās about the people behind it. And this store gets...
