EDIT January 2021. I had to give this store another shot. And they were magically able to make me a decaf Americano. Then a couple times after that visit in Jan. 2021, they just stopped serving decaf coffee ALL TOGETHER. This is so ridiculous and now I have to go to the NLR store just to get anything decaf. On top of that, they argued with my husband over the drive-thru speaker. I called the store to get the store manager's name and store number, but the man that answered was speaking so fast I couldn't understand him. He had an attitude, was very rude, then hung up on me. Read moreThe staff ignored me for 3 minutes while I stood at the counter trying to place an order. When I finally ordered a dark roast black coffee they said they only had a medium roast. I said: "ok, no problem." After they charged my card they proceeded to inform me they didn't have enough medium roast either and that they would have to brew some more. So, again, I said no problem. Since you have to brew some more anyway may I have the dark roast I had originally requested. The barista didn't understand what I was asking and someone from the back said it wouldn't be problem. Literally still sitting here waiting for my coffee. Had I known Starbucks was completely out of coffee I wouldnt have come because I was in a hurry, but they charged my card so here I am waiting. UPDATE: They didn't have the cinnamon sitting out by the sugar and stirrers. Read moreWe went in today and were greeted by a very nice employee named Jeremy. He was super helpful and polite and I think he will go a long way in your company and anywhere he decides to work. He seems to be very personable. But unfortunately everyone else on shift seemed to be frustrated with him. It looked as though he was a new employee and NO ONE was taking the time to explain anything to him. Especially the manager, or the one in the red apron this particular day. She was a women with brown hair that was pulled back. She was very hateful and had a terrible tone and ridiculed him in front of the customers.
