Stephanie is my name. I am just a humble citizen of Sherwood who was looking for a quick bite to eat during the normal lunch hour after a bit of grocery shopping at Kroger. As I was leaving the Kroger parking lot, I quickly decided that Taco Bell was going to be where went for my lunch cuisine. I was in a hurry to get my groceries home, so I decided the drive thru was best. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, and almost immediately a friendly voice came through to greet me. I asked for just a moment to look at the menu, and he said " no problem, take your time." I decided that I was going to order the double chalupa box, but I did not want the cinnamon stix this time. The friendly drive thru guy told me that I could easily sub the cinnamon stix for chips and guacamole, for a small upcharge. I happily agreed. He asked me if everything on the screen looked correct, I told him yes and pulled forward. When I arrived to the drive thru window, I was kindly greeted again by the friendly drive thru guy. It was very pleasant to see that he had a smile on his face to go along with his kind voice. He handed me my food and drink with care. He made sure I got the sauce that I wanted. And as i told him thank you, he smiled and told me to have a nice day. The friendly drive thru guys' name is Yuriaz B, at least that's what it says on my receipt. You see, as I stated before , I am a Sherwood resident. Therefore I could have easily gone to the Taco Bell located in Sherwood. Why didn't I, you say? Because they are absolutely terrible. I love the Taco Bell located on JFK because they always get it right, for me at least. I have NEVER had a bad experience from this location, not one. My food is always fresh, and it always looks nicely put together. The customer service is always great, and everyone is very friendly. Managing a group of people is not easy, especially in an environment of teens. But management at Taco Bell on JFK must be doing something right. So please, to all of the lovely young staff of Taco Bell on JFK, please keep continuing to serve the hungry citizens of North Little Rock and Sherwood with excellence, because we need you. It's not easy to find good customer service these days. Yall are doing great! Thank you again for being a great employee, Yuriaz B. That's how people become successful.
P.S. Taco Bell or should I say (Taco Hell) in Sherwood off of kiehl ave. could seriously take some pointers...
Read moreMy hubby and I went through the drive thru and, to our utter confusion, stared at the order of the person in front of us on the screen while we gave our order 🙃. He asked if the attendant could repeat the order back and recieved nothing back, not to mention we waited about 3-4 full minutes (long time when everything usually feels rushed and you've practiced your order like your life depended on delivering it flawlessly so the people behind you don't starve to death, you know?), and then were asked if we were ready. We overlooked the screen incident (it's called a POS system for a reason! I worked restaurant front of house, back of house, bartended, AND managed for 10 years). So we get to the window, pay and immediately were handed our order; 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos and one bean burrito with sour cream. They were all 4 wrapped, to my horror, with the bean burrito part of the wrapper suggesting the contents of what was inside (I cannot crunch into an onion... it's sad but true). Well, there were 2 (not 3) of the chzy bean n rice, 1 bean w/ sour cream, and one mystery burrito containing the onions I crunched...and the tomatoes... and the chzy sauce that is in the chzy bean, and rice, but no beans; what?! Also, I'm pretty sure my husband's burrito was wrapped in 2 stale tortillas. I LOVE me some Taco Bell, but on this...
Read moreYou know, this used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but in the last few months it's really gone downhill, and then this evening, the entire experience was terrible, and the employees working tonight were incredibly rude to the point they cut off my friend placing the order. We showed up around 9:45pm and went through the drive thru. We were placing a large order for 5 people, and while ordering, some younger man snapped at my friend placing the order and told him "it's already been five minutes wrap it up." We hadn't even finished the order, and my friend was so shocked we finished prematurely and went to the front window, where he proceeded to say something else snarky and gave us the wrong food, on top of more of this disrespectful attitude. The employees behind him seemed to back up his attitude, making their own comments behind him. We are the customers trying to pay for the service, that was unacceptable behavior and treatment and I sincerely hope they do not treat others that way. I hope this was an off night for them, but I am beyond disappointed and angry at the way this was handled, and they didn't even get half the food right.
Also, every single time we've paid for the 10+ dollar chicken quesadilla, it has been disgusting and...
