Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Little Rock

Nothing personal against this store in particular because every single Little Caesars I have ever been too has been insanely horrible with customer service. The staff always looks miserable and you can hear them talking and cussing loudly from the back while there is always a long wait. Like I really can’t believe how many stores are al so equally bad. The only thing I can think of that it actually isn’t the staff’s fault they are so horribly unprofessional. It has to be the hiring crew, the management, upper management, and the owners truly to blame for this average experience from these stores. A staff won’t give a dang if they don’t get enough help or car from upper management. That is how to drain all motivation from employees. I feel so bad for anyone that works at Little Caesars and Pizza Hut because the staff always look like they hate their lives and wish the store would burn to the ground. Both have gone down in every aspect from the thrones of 20 years ago. I am surprised they are still corporations...

Don't usually go to this one, but it was closest to where I was going. Ordered at drive thru a pizza not hot & ready, told them I knew I'd have to wait. Pulled into parking space at 1157a. Went inside at 1215p to check on order & get some ranch cups. Guy said order just went in 5 mins ago. Ok go back to car. At 1230p went back inside. No employees up front. Guy finally comes out, grabs one of 2 pizzas sitting on the counter & hands it to me. Don't know how long it was sitting there, but my son said it was terrible & he couldn't eat it. We were sitting in the parking lot trying to decide what we wanted. Which takes forever when more than one person is involved. One of the employees came out to make sure he had missed our order. I finally put our order in from my app. We were waiting in the parking lot. A different employee was also working the front counter. Within 5 minutes of placing my order online, this employee came out to make sure they had not missed our order. I'm really proud of them. Great customer service for checking on their customers!
