TL:DR Great little taco truck, delicious food, lots of options, and friendly service. Don't plan to eat there, as there is no seating, but worth a visit for sure!
Details: I was actually looking for a place to eat near The Original Scoop Dog (If you haven't had dessert there, please look it up!) and this place popped up.
I usually like food trucks, and I love authentic Latin American food. This was the best of both!
I only tried the tacos, but I tried three different kinds: quesa birria, chicken, and mixed. Each was VERY flavorful and perfectly cooked. The quesa birria in particular was just delicious!
Check out the pictures - they will make your mouth water. They smell even better than they look, and they taste even better than they smell!
Only downside was that you always have to take them to go, and there isn't much of a place to wait in the Cupids Lingerie parking lot... 😂
Final verdict is that this is a place to visit...

So much flavor in the meat, portioned perfectly with cheese, the green sauce had an excellent spiciness without being overbearing. Tortillas not tasting like poweder or falling apart. With what was a short wait time while having almost everything on the menu. I would give this 10 stars. We will only be having our hispanic fix here. Keep up the great work...
