I need a manager to reach out to me. This is ridiculous, stopped for lunch while in the maumelle area. You'd think with a nice area you'd be able to get a decent meal but I guess not. Ordered: ● 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos with nacho cheese added 》》》 they had NO nacho cheese on them. That's a $0.40 charge per burrito to just be forgotten. $1.80 total on forgotten product. ● the Chicken Chalupa combo with no tomato's 》》》 these chalupas were rock hard. I had to tear the excess crust off because it was so hard and stale. Both chalups were so DRY and stale that there was no amount of sauce that could make up for it (even if I had enough sauce, I don't think 5 packets of salsa is enough for the amount of food.... especially given how dry everything was.)
Service was great but the food was absolutely terrible. $31 wasted on DRY, STALE FOOD.
When we sat down to eat and found all this out, I attempted to call the store to figured out a refund or replacement. They never answered, at all. Called 4 times, back to back, and nothing. This place is a JOKE! To receive food in this state, at prime rush is unacceptable. Not to mention it's not like they were rushing, I was the only car in line with no one behind me. It was just plain laziness. I will continue to call until I speak with a manager or I will reach out...
Read moreSkip it! If you’re really, really wanting some TB, take the time to visit another location!! It seems like a bunch of younger folks with little to no management-no pride in their work whatsoever. If you do happen to receive what you ordered, it was just a lucky break because these people don’t bother with verifying your order is correct when you are placing the order or before you receive it. This, sadly, is no exaggeration either. Last time I went there, I ordered a 6-pack of tacos and they gave me 3 burritos?!?$ Although they are open late, they do not sale tea after 9:30 or 10 pm—I’ve been told both times so who knows the truth ?! If you visit earlier and happen to be able to order tea, or any drink for that matter, you should definitely make sure they have the lid on properly! You just assume that’s a given, but that would be a faulty assumption dealing with these folks! Most of the time they are very friendly and courteous, there just seems to be a general lack of direction. This location is in dire need of new, experienced management to lay down the law, train employees on TB standards & procedures and just to have some pride in their work! Maybe then they could focus on repairing their horrible reputation...
Read moreI got 2 door dash orders and they have the doors locked so door dash people have to go through the drive thru. I waited about 15 minutes to get the the speaker. Then about 15 after than we finally got to the window. I got one of the the persons door dash and then the guy that was at the window told me someone picked it up, which is not true because I accepted the order right when it popped up and I called the person to let them know it was taking longer than I thought. They didn’t want to give me the order. I told them that I’m not leaving without it because I have it on my phone. They stood around talking and and laughing and then finally gave me the food. All they wanted was to not make the food. They don’t have the lobby open so there’s no reason for the drive thru to take so long. By the time I left I spent roughly 40-45 minutes there. It is absolutely ridiculous that someone has to wait that long, and I feel bad for the people that ordered through door dash because it took even longer for them to get their food. If there was a way to not even put a star I would do that. In my opinion they don’t even deserve...
