The Manager needs to be fired or trained immediately. The young gentleman at the front should be promoted as he has the customer service needed for such a role. The young lady who first said she was the âownerâ then changed to manager had a nasty and rude attitude and went as far as telling me not to return, simply because I pointed out the menu prices on Google were not accurate to what I was being charged. I explained that I looked at the picture that appears when you click menu on the google overview. Instead, of simply responding in an understanding and respectful manner like the young man. She decided to be as unprofessional as she possibly could and have a arguing match back and forth. If you canât remove the âcustomer photosâ simply add a disclaimer somewhere letting your customers know accurate prices are ONLY on the website. It is not my job to scout see when something was posted etc esp when that something is the FIRST thing to appear. We all consume information differently. If I was the owner, I would fire her immediately as she completely embarrassed your establishment today. It was only my 2nd time coming and was genuinely liking the healthier options offered on the Greek menu, as there are not many healthy food spots in the community. So to be told not to return after living in the community over 10 years was very distasteful and disappointing. Do better young lady. Customer service is at an all time low and you add to it.    Read moreI used to love coming here. But todayâs experience just changed that. Terrible customer service!! I showed up and there were two people already here and sitting at a 4-person table. Because I knew them, instead of taking a table to myself I sat down with them. Two more groups showed up 5-10 after me. My group got their food. I did not, but I patiently waited. The group after me got their food-I still patiently waited. Finally the second group after me got their food, and finally spoke and asked where my food was. I found out they put my meal on one of the 2nd groups serving tray. They were nice enough to give it to me, and they knew me. By the time I received my food the two people I was sitting with had to leave. So now Iâm sitting at my 4-person table minding my business and enjoying my food finally, by myself. Suddenly they got a rush of other customers. I was now asked to move to a smaller table so larger parties could share a table. Well hereâs the problem with this, if I would have received my food in a reasonable amount of time like the party that I was with did, I wouldâve finished eating at the same time they did and the table wouldâve been available much sooner. This is not the kind of service I expected.    Read moreI ordered through Bite Squad. I got teriyaki wings, a loaded baked potato, and a cheese burger kids meal. I bit into a wing and it wasnât tender at all, like they werenât fully done. I added them all in the air fryer for 10 mins which made them easier to eat and crispy because they werenât before. The flavor was good but I wouldnât order teriyaki again. The baked potato had sandwich cheese on it which I donât understand. Why wasnât shredded cheese used instead? What would make anyone think that fake American cheese would be good melted on a baked potato? It wasnât. This made it taste completely artificial. I could only eat a few bites before chucking it. All in all 5 out of 10 for food.
Side note: after reading other reviews I was right about my wings not being done because otherâs experienced the same thing. Please do better especially when the name of your restaurant is Jacobâs WINGS...
