Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Little Rock

This is one of the best dining choices a consumer can make for Lunch or Dinner in the Little Rock/Maumelle area. I have been coming here dining at this location for the last 2 months - and I have nothing but high marks to offer this Jersey Mike's establishment.

They are consistently courteous, and offer fast and attentive service. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and fully stocked with an attentive staff. They maintain these quality standards - even when the restaurant is very busy. It's a delight to see the team functioning in unison, even in high pressure situations.

I love that the team remembers my name, and my previous orders! I have half-jokingly, half-lovingly told my friends and other patrons that they make me feel like a celebrity and that my business is very wanted there. Even when I have very complex sandwich and ingredient requests - they always nail them spot on!

To anyone reading this: Please take a visit to this Maumelle-area Jersey Mike's subshop. You will be very glad you did. You will have a welcoming staff with Marcus, Charlton, Angela, Caleb, and several others glad to meet you and see you in!!! They really are "A Sub Above" the rest of 'em.

My wife and I brought mom to the Maumelle Jersey Mike's to pick up sandwiches yesterday. The girl making our sandwiches had a poor attitude. It was quite obvious she thought she was doing us a favor. She kept bringing up "this isn't Subway" with every question we had about the menu. I very nearly walked out when I saw her scoop a huge mess from the counter and throw it into the lettuce bin. What a filthy place. We will never go back to this Jersey Mike's location, and we may not even try any other locations due to this one poor excuse for an employee.

Other than the poor customer service and horrible sanitation practices of the girl making our sandwiches, the place seemed clean and well-lit. There was palpable tension between the problem employee and the others working the store, as well. I guess the customers weren't the only ones who...

As I've come to expect from Jersey Mikes, the staff are freindly and accomodating and the food was excellent. I brought a friend who thought he didn't like Jersey Mikes because he had it catered before, and I let him know that's not the full experience. He needs to have it Mike's way and add the cherry pepper relish. That's the set apart on the flavor. That plus the rosemary parmesean bread. And I tell you, dear reader, the same thing. This is the correct way to do Jersey Mike's. I recommend the #13. And a cream soda. You won't be dissappointed. My friends opinion was changed and he's now a believer in the JM. I hope...
