Margo's Catfish Diner/Melrose Grocery & Deli — Restaurant in North Little Rock

I am completely surprised I didn't know about this place. I have had Catfish at every major catfish place in Arkansas. I ordered a to go large catfish plate because I was headed out of town. It came with 4 very large pieces of filet fish. Steak are available. It came with fries & slaw. 3 hush puppies & a piece of cake of my choice. I would rank this place very high on my list of heavy hitter. (Dondi's, Murray's etc...) definitely the best in North Little Rock. Extremely nice staff. The Place has a cothem's or Doe's feel to it. Didn't know that it exists until I saw it on Facebook. I love fried cat fish. It was perfect. Once I got there, I discovered that they also had buffalo fish. I ordered my mother a buffalo fish dinner and ate my fish while my mother fish was being freshly cooked. I had called my cat fish dinner in. The food is outstanding. I recently moved here from Dallas and happened upon this place while looking for a house. So, I decided to try it. A young lady working behind the counter had some of the best customer service skills I've ever seen. I think good customer service was just a natural for her, though.
