To the franchise owner Benjamin Ackley your North Little Rock location has went downhill tremendously we have went there on many different occasions and the food was not up to par the last few months. Also, some workers are very rude. I ordered the morning of 5-10-24 I ordered lunch during breakfast I was told that it was okay to do so once I made it to the window I was asked to pull forward which is rare. After 10 minutes and still no order we called into the store to see what was going on at that point an employee name Nathalie (a short black lady with short gold hair) brought our order but was very rude she went on to say very loudly next time do not order lunch during breakfast and begin waving her hands in the air I could not make out what else she was saying. I parked my car and went in and asked for her manager I believe her manager name was Angeline it was a black lady who did not apologize for her employee actions she only told me that I can speak with corporate and gave me the number I was very disappointed and decided to contact corporate and I have not heard back from anyone. Read moreI’ve enjoyed Chick-fil-A everywhere I’ve been except for this one. I scheduled a business lunch with two other colleagues at this location, well one showed up a little early 11:50 I showed up at 12 and the other arrived at 12:10. So the 11:50 guy was already eating when I arrived so I chose to wait until my other guy got there, he arrived and went into the presentation which took 35 to 40 min. 11:50 guy is still enjoying his drink when the owner comes up and rudely interrupts us to say that we’re taking up space and need to wrap it up. We told him that we were going to order which we did after our meeting but he insisted that we were in the way. Shortly after he left an older lady stopped by the table to inform us that we can’t just sit while only one eats which I didn’t understand because she seen the owner leave our table a moment before. I still ordered because I like Chick-fil-As food but I didn’t appreciate being singled out and rushed. I arrived at 12 and left at 1:07 was I really in the way that long? Seems like a normal...
Read moreOrdered food and was half way to a meeting and finally took a sip of my sweet tea. It taste like water. Called and spoke with the male manager, after forever explaining that I had somewhere to be and would like my daughter to pick up a replacement, he agrees. He asks for her name and I give it. Fast forward to her coming to pick it up, another manager says she can't find the information and their policy is to get a receipt. NO ONE IS TRYING TO STEAL A $3 DRINK. This conversation was so exhausting...definitely wasn't their pleasure and I won't be going back to there!!! O finally got the drink, thankfully male manager happened to be there that day and remembered....I could've paid for another drink at this rate. I have frequented this restaurant for years, but the last year or so, they have been terrible. I've had a few unpleasureable experiences, but not enough to review on....until now. I also see RECENT reviews have similar low ratings...this Chick-fil-A is the worst one I have EVER...
