I tried reaching out to the number you provided to speak about this incident and Priscilla the receptionist was very rude and your staff was very rude. I spoke with Mauri, Toni, and Chauncey and no one was willing to help me or solve my issue. I asked for a Supervisor and I was told Carol is the supervisor but not one person could get me to her and no one knew her title. Between my experience with the manager and now this horrible customer I most definitely will not be back. Hopefully Todd Graves gets this under control before his establishment goes down hill for lack of empathy and poor customer service. I am a loyal customer to this establishment and spend lots of money here might I add. I come to this establishment several times throughout the week and weekend. I reached out to Stan whom told me Heath handles the donations. Heath called me and I advised I was trying to feed the school volleyball team and asked if he could support the team by feeding them for free. Per Heath they do donations but they don’t donate to schools that way. That statement alone really makes me feel some type of way because that makes no sense that you tell me you donate but you don’t donate to a local school in your area that I’m pretty sure supports this establishment as well. I will never return to this location and I will make sure I spread the word so others don’t support this...

Tried Raising Cane's for the first time today and I must say I do not understand the fuss. The drive thru lines are always long so I figured it must be good....not really. First off there are 2 lines at the drive thru but they took 3 orders on the left lane to 1 order on the right.....I counted how many cars kept going on the left while I sat at the speaker on the right. The guy at the register kept trying to get me to pay $23 when my order was $9.89....after 3 times he finally looked at the name on the order. When I did receive my order I was not impressed. I got the 3 finger meal with fries and a drink. The fries were not warm and kind of mushy and the chicken tenders were doughy on the outside, not crisp. It was almost as if they were in a hurry to get the line through that they pulled the chicken tenders up before they were fully cooked. I had already made it back to work when I saw this or else I would have returned them and asked for a new order. When you only get 45 minutes for lunch & you spend a large chunk of that time in line, you can't waste anymore time taking subpar food back. I ended up dumping most of my lunch in the trash. BTW the tea was good, but I think from now on I'll stick with Popeyes or Burger King for...

Service was very poor. Will not return. Wasn't instructed to proceed to 2nd window if paid with card, guess they trying to be like chic fila..with workers outside. Needless to say, I sat at the 1st window waiting, can see a worker packaging food, so I didn't move. I honked my horn, nothing. I called the store line & I assume it was the manager on duty & asked do I move up or sit and window 1..1st question asked did I pay with card or cash..I stated I paid, so which window do I come to, being the worker who took my order didn't specify. I proceed to the 2nd window and the young man seemed lost when I asked a question and you young girl approaches with a nasty attitude saying something about common sense, well hunni if I were a regular I would have known naturally. But I'm not, and won't return. Food overpriced anyway. Money isn't the factor for me not returning its the poor customer service attached with the rudeness cause in a fairness the young lady who took my order was very pleasant, she just didn't say what window to proceed to, so they line got backed up all cause I was sitting at window 1. No one absolutely no one opened window to instruct...

There were lots of people here around lunch hours! We waited in the drive thru line for about 8 minutes for the ā€œ3 finger comboā€. The nice young lady that was standing outside took our order. She deserves to get paid more money than anyone on staff at that location. It was hot outside and the cars sitting in the long line waiting for food only makes it harder and hotter for her. She had a wonderful attitude and was kind, despite the lack of help and her work environment. The lady that gave us our food at the 2nd window asked for my name, and said nothing else. She made no eye contact and acted as if we were a bother to her. I do understand everyone has bad days and I hope hers gets better so others aren’t affected by her lack of communication skills and customer service. The food was expensive for the amount of food we were given, as pictured in the photo. It was very good though! The only thing that saved this review from getting 1 star for everything, is the nice young lady that was taking orders in the heat in the 2nd drive thru line. She gets 5 stars!

Great chicken strips and love the Texas toast! Fun disco balls on the ceiling of the restaurant. Inside was very clean and nicely decorated This was our first time visiting a Raising Canes restaurant so after I place the order and had my receipt, I didn't know if I was supposed to sit or wait at the counter. I finally asked after waiting awhile and was told that when the food is ready, they will call my name (that might be a good thing to tell the customer to prevent confusion). The chicken strips was very good, fries crispy, and the Texas toast was nicely buttered and tasted really good. The only bummer for us is really no sauce options.... The only condiments was their Raising Canes sauce which looks to be mayo based, ketchup, and hot sauce packets. Where is the BBQ sauce???? Or even ranch. I feel if you are serving chicken strips you need a variety of dipping sauces.šŸ™‚

I have seen this in Nashville when visiting family, but trying now in Little Rock. Late-night dinner decision after traveling 5 hours. I was thoroughly impressed at this fast food restaurant. Greeted as we entered with a smile. Answered any questions I had since it was my first time. Took my order and while away with my cup to get my drink, BAM it was done. Asked if I needed any ketchup with my fries, which of course I did. Got back to the room and lo and behold, the order is correct! How many times does that happen these days? The chicken tenders I got were some of the juiciest, most tenderest tenders I have ever eaten. They don't even compare to the other guys! Crinkle fries were done, slaw and dipping sauce were good as well as the TX toast. Wished we had one more local to me now.
