Terrible food, smoothies, and service. We waited in drive through for 25 minutes while the staff played on their cell phones. When we finally got home 4 miles away with our order, our smoothies were melting, they burnt my child’s quesadilla, and I found only five one inch cubes of chicken on my flatbread. The owner made us come back so she could see the food. She would not accept pictures that we took, and then proceeded to tell us there was nothing wrong with our food. We took pictures of the clock to show when we left the drive thru and compared it to the time on the receipt which supported our complaint of a long drive through wait. She didn’t believe us because her staff said there was no possible way we waited that long. I sure time flew by while they were on their cell phones. She said she would check the video cameras to verify our story, but when we asked if we could see the footage she refused. She couldn’t even give me a full refund on my credit card; she had to pay the difference in change from the register. Did I mention that she argued with me over the location of my residence? She insisted we live 25 miles away when I actually live about 4 miles away. Stay away at all costs. This location and its owner does not value its customers and damages this company’s reputation. I’ll take my disposable income elsewhere as alternatives...
Read moreIve been a loyal hummus veggie customer to TS for a couple years now, however it seems that no one really know how to make the sandwich the way it should be made.. there was once this young man who made my wrap correct the right way EVERY TIME. Now it seems there is different employees every month. Last week they forgot to put the ranch in my wrap, the rice was cold and seem old. I went back and told them and they gave me a new one with ranch but the rice was still seemingly old or left out, it was hard rice. Who wants hard rice in their wrap? Today, I get my usual wrap and there is small green dots, as I said i am a loyal customer, i have never ONCE seen that on my wrap. Not to mention the bag also had the green goo on it too. Very unappealing, i tasted it and it was definitely pesto!! Even smelt like it! That is NOT supposed to go on a HUMMUS VEGGIE WRAP. I don’t know if the cook wasn’t changing their gloves or what, but i just decided to get my refund this time. This location is not just terrible, but they definitely need better training if my sandwich is consistently getting made wrong. These are just two incidents from the past 2 weeks. I would be a fool to go a third time just to have to go back and get what i asked for. I hate that because i really love my hummus...

This was the first time to go to this location and also the first time trying Tropical Smoothie food, we have had smoothies from other locations and really liked them. We decided to stop by to get breakfast before church. We pulled up and wasn't even sure if they were open because the open sign was off. We tried the door and it was open so we went in. There was no other customers which is not surprising since the light was off. My fiancé asked the cashier twice how she was doing and didn't even get an answer, I really don't remember her speaking at all except to tell us our total. I order the All American breakfast wrap and my fiancé got the Southwest one. I will reiterate that we were the ONLY customers and it took them 10 mins to make 2 wraps. When we finally got the wraps, neither were marked so we had to ask. I was VERY VERY disappointed in my wrap. We paid almost $10 for 2 wraps and they were tiny. Mine had hardly any eggs or meat in it. There was more cheese and tortilla than anything. I could have gone to Taco Bell and paid half the price...
