2 of my friends and I each ordered on the app for lunch. When we arrived we walked over to the to go orders and I handed them the orders with their names. When I picked up mine an employee SNATCHED the bag out my hand and asked for the last digits of my phone number. Now I am mad and can't remember my #. That is my food that I paid for! If it is your policy to hand out the to go orders that needs to be verbalized or put the shelf behind the counter. Use words and don't snatch cause next time you might get yourself snatched! Okay this is my second time to ever go through the drive through. I gave it 2 chances. I ordered a plate with 2 entrees and a second. To me a side means a smaller portion to compliment the entrees. What I got both times was huge portions of the sides (rice the 1st, noodles the 2nd) with extremely small portions of the actual entrees. Seriously I got maybe 8 small pieces of chicken then left with a bunch of noodles. Total was $11. Disappointed with the portions and price point.
