Bussin Bread - Alaskan Sourdough — Restaurant in North Logan

Don’t be suspicious of all the 5-star reviews. This place is actually that good. I’ve tried so many home bakers, bakeries, and even making my own sourdough, but nothing compares to grabbing a loaf from their farmers market stand or storefront in North Logan. My fiancé and I usually stop by on Fridays, and we’re lucky if we still have any left by Monday!

The flavor and quality of the bread are unmatched, and I love supporting a small local business. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to Christmas gift ideas this year. The shop is small, but it’s always clean, the workers are friendly, and they offer lots of other treats (sweet baked goods, oils, balsamic, and honey, etc.) alongside their amazing bread.

This is one of those "destination" type spots that you would travel to Logan for. They make many different types of sourdough that are absolutely incredible, it blows store-bought sourdough right out of this planet. They make it all from scratch, so much better for you and your gut, and bake in house. I just picked up some cinnamon rolls and holy crap, sourdough cinnamon rolls? Freaking AMAZING and the entire roll was moist and soft unlike most that get tough and dry on the inside. Italian herb foccacia will be decimated by the end of the day. Wild blueberry balsamic 😩🫦. This bakery is an absolute gem to have in the valley. Davis and Kara are total pros at their craft and the baked goods they create are on the next level. The pristine quality they strive for is evident even when stepping into their storefront or talking to them personally. They are truly passionate about it all.
