THIS DENNY'S IS THE WORST!!!!. The service is super duper slow, and the staffs all seem like they don't use their brains 🤦🏾♀️ Smh. The reason why I am giving this Denny's a 1 STAR rating is because, I had ordered through Uber Eats and my food status was stuck in "Preparing your order" for 45 mins!. After waiting over 1 hour, I decided to go to the restaurant myself. I get there to the front desk, and no one was there 😪 I stood there for about 20 whole mins ( & I AM NOT EXAGGERATING) until finally one of the staff came to the front desk. I told the guy that "I am picking up my own food that was sent via Uber Eats for over 1 hour now..." The guy had the nerves to tell me that my food wasn't even made yet!!!!. At that point, I started to get mad and told him a how long I've been waiting for my food, and now I have to wait even longer!?!??? 🤔😒 When I finally get my food and took it home to eat; I realized that they DID NOT PUT THE SALTED CARAMEL & BANANAS CREAM ON TOP OF THE PANCAKES I ORDERED!!!! 😡 I am soooo pissed about the entire situation. That restaurant used to be so much better with customers service, efficiency, and consistency. Now, it seems like they'll hiring every and anybody. The current Manager/ment is running that place through the dirt. I used to go to this Denny's a lot when I was in Middle & Senior High School, and it was a lot better with fast, efficient, consistent customers service. Read moreI placed an order on Door Dash for pick up the app advised me to be at the location for pick up in 25 minutes. I got to Dennys and waited there an additional hour and a half. I sat and watched the staff sit and help other customers as well as sat and watched customers walk in after I get seated and served and leave while I sat and wait. I was told over and over that the cook was working on my food the waitress even came to me and showed me my receipt. I opened my app in Door Dash to check the status or to see if I could contact them about my wait and the application showed that the Dennys showed my order complete. I informed the waitress what the application was stating she asked me to tell her what my order was again and to come and tell the cook so that he could make my order this is all after almost two hours now. I paid in full for my meal and was never giving my food, however it was someone that was seated we'll after I got there given food and was that the register to pay when told the amount due they said they were not paying the amount to ask threw few dollars at the cashier laughing and walked out. It's crazy that the customer that was served before a customer (myself) that paid in full. NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD I asked Door Dash for my money back. Read moreWent to Dennys with two elderly people for their first restaurant visit since the pandemic. Went for a simple meal of coffee and pancakes. What could go wrong? We were seated at a table which had not been cleaned. There were pieces of food still on the table from the last customers. After the order was taken it took 10 minutes for coffee to be served. Waitress told us there weren't any teaspoons available and had to use a fork to stir the coffee which turned out to be stale tasting and not hot. When we asked for fresh hot coffee the waitress took the cups and returned with them in 10 minutes. They were not fresh but just reheated in a microwave. If they tasted stale to start, try to imagine the taste after being reheated with milk already in it. Another 10 minutes before the pancakes came as the coffee cooled off again. They were already so disgusted they ate their pancakes without a drink as there also was no water served and they didn't want to drink twice reheated microwaved coffee. The pancakes were good. To not dump the stale coffee and just re-serve it may be a new policy that may have saved Dennys a few pennies but has probably cost them three customers...
