Fatboy's Wings & Tings — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

Not sure what I did to deserve this, I tried my best to remain professional and pleasant despite the mistakes. Fatboy’s has disgusted me for the last time, I honestly should call the police. I ordered a small Jerk SHRIMP Pasta in person, waited 40 minutes before returning to the front to find that my food had just been sitting there, yet no one called me. Received the order, just to get home and realize I received a Jerk CHICKEN pasta, as a pescatarian, I refused to eat and called back to have it replaced, at first a young lady tried to get me to pay the difference for a mistake I did not make. The manager told me he would replace it, just for me to get to there and realize that there were only 4 shrimp on the plate and they were UNDERCOOKED, I’ve had this plate before and I’m pretty sure there were more than 4 shrimp in it and undercooked seafood is extremely dangerous, I complaint WILL be filed with the local health authority, for this disgusting treatment for a mistake that wasn’t even mine! This was sick and unnecessary, PLEASE BEWARE, THEY MAY TRY TO POISON YOU, if they don’t like what you have to say! Wish I could do zero stars, the food is usually good but not if it comes with a risk of health! Double sucks because I just got out the hospital and wanted something good to eat, I haven’t...

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES… Please be aware that this restaurant has an UNCONTROLLED roach problem that they refuse to address.

I purchased wings and fries and a roach came running from the bottom of the bag/ inside of the bag. I was late for work and because there were other ppl in the restaurant I did not say anything at the time. I did take two pictures for documentation. A week later I went back to the restaurant with my receipt and pictures of the roaches and food. I explained to them that I was not from the area and this was my first time returning since the incident. The manager was on facetime and stated that “He didnt A F” and “Tell whoever you want I dont give A F*. Yes! That was the response from the manager or owner. How unprofessional! I gave them a chance to make it right but was met with nastiness.. when in fact THE RESTAURANT IS NASTY AND FILTHY.

If there are roaches running around in broad daylight.. can you imagine at night when they run around in the pots and pans?

Invest money in pest control and stop jeopardozing...

The rice and beans were hitting. I had probably two beans in all that rice. The plantain 💥🤗 was doing what it was supposed to. The curry chicken was good. Cabbage had carrots in them. That was a little diff, but lacked flavor. The portion size was decent. Now my BIGGEST issue was the false advertisement and lack of accountability for it. So there's a lunch menu displayed for 9.99 11a-2p I came in 11:30. I was charged the dinner price of 11.99 and was told it's an extra $2 and the price was supposed to be changed on the digital marquee. 🧐😒🤔 IT'S DIGITAL change it! Whatever I was too hungry to go back and forth about consumer injustice. The cashier was somewhat knowledgeable and quite patient with my party. There was a very indecisive person in my party but the cashier held it down answering question after question and still serving others in between. It took probably about 10min to get our food. Overall glad I tried it but I likely won't be back. Them rice and beans...
