KFC — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

HORRIBLE SERVICE! cashiers are disrespectful and manager is even worse! I have had many and many encounters with their rude workers but it’s getting to a point. All i did was tell them i wanted my food fresh and the worker started laughing in my cash and said something to her coworkers and they told her to tell me it will take 2 hours if i wanted it fresh and when she said that she was giving me a little smirk to see what i’ll say but i wanted to play the game along with her so i told her that was fine and i will wait the two hours. she told me to pull up in the front so i did and i went inside and stood there until they were done the whole time they were laughing at me talking about me and pointing i asked to talk to a manager and she came out i told her what happened and she told me “if they said it takes two hours then it takes two hours” and walked off. The service was swift the food was made fresh and tasty the soda wasn't flat as it sometimes can be but the tables and chairs in the dining area were all littered with crumbs and it wasn't until an associate saw me cleaning the tables with napkins and removing crumbs from my chair before my family and I sat down to eat that someone decided to clean the dining room in it's entirety. Perhaps they just weren't aware but no big deal all else was worth the visit here today. The cashiers were professional and attentive when asked for anything and we all got our bellies full for a decent price 😂❤️. I had no reason to visit the restrooms but we stopped to visit with the kernel before our departure which is somewhat entertaining for the kids though he needs a new pair of shoes his current pair is falling apart OMG please help...

Poor service. The woman at the drive-thru doesn't have no patience. I just got to the drive-thru and told the employee to give me a few seconds to look and not even 5 seconds pass by, she asked if I'm ready again. So I ordered my food and as I'm about to pull up to the window, her head sticking out the window telling me to move up past the window a little bit. I figured she's doing this to meet quota. The sensors would show that I ordered my food and got the food all under 20 seconds. I'm only writing this because when I got home I noticed she filled my cup with water and a little bit of lemonade. She could have told me they are out of lemonade. Poor service. The manager doesnt care about customer service she's only there to please...
