If you want a REAL review here it is. I've noticed 5 star reviews left by employees or frequent customers so not all of those are valid because they could have been given a reward or incentives BUT Here's the RAW truth. Service here is SLOW, the employees ARE trained BUT some only had 4 days to train before opening, that's managements fault, not theirs and management is terrible at managing themselves or their employees. And the only things that can run out is cheese, lettuce or fajitas because Chipotle only allows them to prep in the mornings. They still don't have a person who does secondary prep ( they usually make more of these things again it's almost low & if time permits ) Cheese is shredded, lettuce is cut for tacos or salads & fajitas are also cut in the morning too. Alot of you NEVER worked at a Chipotle nor know what ACTUAL work goes into making things. Learn patience because Chipotle is using REAL food unlike other places. Also alot of you don't or can't cook, foods like meat, beans, and rice aren't cooked in 5 minutes. They have to ensure it's fully cooked for your safety. As for food being low, that's the person whose serving you whose at fault. They're supposed to call for more food before it's even halfway low. I'm a Chef & can inform you with actual expertise in Culinary, even better than the mangers at this store. And as for online orders, they have their own times which they're received in the computer/system. Stop thinking that it's first come, first served. That's NOT Chipotles fault. That system is the same for all places. Some people take forever to pickup their orders and try to blame the workers or the store. They can't skip over orders either. This store is the worst because of the General Manager, Arielle McNair. She's very prideful and doesn't like honest feedback from employees so as a customer, understand you won't be treated any better. Also, the mangers here themselves are quite lazy too. I don't only not recommend giving them business but don't work here either. There's alot of corruption and retaliation against employees who only want to better the workplace, the quality of food and those who actually studied Culinary that know how everything should run in any restaurant. There's bad things that happen behind the scenes as well. Food not being handled or prepared the RIGHT way just to name one of the problems. This is just an open & honest review that's more in depth than just a customer complaint, because I've worked & seen alot 1st hand. Alot more bad than good to be honest but customers have the right to know , the real truth of a place/business they're investing their...
Read moreWell, this one is a mixed experienced that is why the different star rating places is nice and clean. Now we get in line. we have one gentleman in front, and then in front of him, it appeared to be an employee now she is caring on in an unprofessional way while placing her order. the young girl with the curly red hair is there entertaining her not paying attention that other customers are waiting to place order well after 10 mins of listening to the employee telling her what to do to her tacos.another girl came took care of the guy myself my son all within 7 minutes yet meanwhile the red curly hair girl was trying to figure out how she would place the tacos on the bowl now remind you 3 more customers waiting so the employee that is purchasing and delaying customer service stuck her hands leaned over and started to place her tacos in a bowl. I believe if you're off the clock, you have no business sticking your hands inside the food prep. SO 5 STARS TO THE GIRL WHO TOOK CARE OF US. As for the manager, she was there and did nothing. She needs to train her personel on what is expected of them when taking care of customer or Chipotle needs to remove her...
Read moreThe young employees were talking with another employee (5:00) that was ordering food like a regular client, and then started grabbing money from the tip jar and putting in the pockets of the employee who was serving the food while the cashier was away, he (the cashier) didn’t let her count the tip money but the girl who was serving food told him to let her count it and after that she grabbed some and then proceeded to put the rest in the other girls pocket, we were waiting in line while that happened and had to leave because they were talking too much and not serving the rest of the people.. after that the girl left with food and we left as well because we didn’t want to be served there and the line grew super fast because nobody was being served There’s usually a really nice older Hispanic lady that makes sure everything is in order and I always see her training and or correcting the other employees in the best way possible.. but she wasn’t there today. Usually when I don’t see her there the whole bar is full of food and everything is dirty, and when she’s there she’s always cleaning the others employees areas because they’re not careful...
