I was treated like trash by one of the emplyees, Sonia, who claimed to be the manager. I was yelled at, and humiliate in front of other customers. As a disabled man; I was greatly offended. Although, a big visible Subway sign outside the store states "Tuna foot long for $ 6", she refused to adhere. Instead, she told someone to take the sign down and began to have a shooting match with me. I told her, that was the main reason I came to the store. She rudely called for the next customer in line. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. When I asked her for the customer service #, she told me "1-800-customer". When asked for her name she replied "Sonia, Sonia, and don't you forget it". I called the store once I got home and asked to speak with the manager to file a complaint. She answered the phone and states she was the manager, Sonia. I reminded who I was and told her that she gave me the wrong customer services #. She began yelling and shouting at me, claimed that I called to harass her, and told me she did not care if I filed a complaint. They were four witnesses, and to call the same # to speak to her Manager in the morning. I would hate for her to loose her job, but this classless employee has no business working and serving food at a food restaurant. She definitely has ruined a good subway relationships. Quite frankly, I no longer care about their low price sandwiches, I am done with Subway. There are too many other alternative restaurants to be treated in such demeaning way; a junkyard dog. Perhaps, walking with a walker and being visibly disabled at something to do with the poor service...
Read moreI have gone here four times in the last month. Three out of four times I walked out because, despite being nearly empty, the service was so incredibly slow that I simply could not wait any longer to get a sandwich. I am just walking out of the store right now as there was one person ordering a sandwich, one person online, and two employees. And because the employees were so slow and then stopped to have a casual conversation with the people online, I was waiting 11 minutes before I decided to walk out and I still had not placed an order.
The one time I did accomplish getting a sandwich, largely because the entire store was empty of any customers at all, I ran into an issue where they had extremely few ingredients available for the sandwiches. Whoever owns this store needs to fire all of the store management. I would love to blame the employees for having no sense of urgency at all, but the issue is clearly with management for allowing this behavior to grow to a point where it is this bad every single time I step in the store regardless of...

The manager is incredibly rude and threatened to call the police on me for trespasing when i wasn't happy with my food. I wrote the entire scenario down in case anyone wants to read it.
I wanted a tuna sandwich, and the container was low, so they were bringing in the new one. Putting the last of the old tuna on top was already pretty bad, but the manager/owner takes the serving knife, and scrapes the bottoms and sides of the old container, and puts in on top of the new container of tuna. When I commented to the employee making the sandwich that I didn't want the tuna from the top, the owner guy stopped working the register to come berate me and kick me out of the store. On the way out, as i mentioned i would never be returning, he threatened to call the police on me for trespassing if i didnt leave immediately. Avoid...
