Wendy's — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

Today was my first time coming here in years. The workers were very disrespectful and unwelcoming. The worker that took my order did not even greet me she just stared at me. Then I asked, "what does the $3 breakfast meal come with?” She rudely responded," A sandwich and potatoes". Then I asked," What kind of meat is the sausage made from? ". She rudely responded," Sausage or bacon". Which did not answer my question. I asked" Do you have Powerade? How much is a small drink?" She continued to be rude and said," What drink do you want? A small drink is $1.99". Then I ordered the $3 meal and a Powerade. She rudely said," That's it? $5.34. Are you paying cash or card? Swipe your card". I paid for the food and took the receipt. Then another worker in the back tried to hand me some old potatoes that have been sitting there in a smaller container. Then both of them looked back and noticed that I was watching them. That's when the other worker quickly gave me new potatoes in a normal container. If I wasn't watching them they would've handed me something that could've made me sick. The food was poorly prepared. When I opened the sandwich wrapper the sandwich was drenched in tartar sauce, I had to ask for napkins just to wipe it all off. The food didn't taste good because they placed too much sauce on my sandwich. The potato was good. Overall, they delivered horrible customer service and didn't give me a chance to look at the menu. I was rudely rushed and I wouldn't recommend coming...

At 9:04 pm 4/8/25 I was in the middle of placing a mobile order here and needed to use the restroom so i politely asked for a key or if they can unlock it for me. An older Haitian lady refused to do so as she strongly believed i'm not a customer. I thought it was weird and explained that it's an emergency and that i'm trying to place a mobile order and instead of listening, 3 other BOH workers came to the counter and began bantering and making fun of me. Calling me names because i corrected them in their policy.

As a person of color, our kind shouldn't be using swear words and violence when working customer service. I was then threatened to be punched and they threw a cup at me. I had to call the police and the workers and manager has yet to be removed. I live across the street from this place and now i can no longer feel safe there until corporate evaluates and fixes the mess here.

I don't want others suffering from the lack of care this place has so don't be surprised if you guys are thrown with a lawsuit. I have no problem restoring North Miami Beach and taking you...

I have never been so disappointed.... I came here a few nights ago and at 7:35 pm was told after waiting almost 20 minutes listening to the staff playing around.. Joking.. Cursing... Disrespecting each other And just simply being ignored by the staff that they were closing the dining area because they were short staffed and advised me to go through drive thru.

Since kids were hungry i decided to go ahead... Even bigger mistake... I waited almost another 30 minutes and still not served.. Eventually left and went to the other Wendys closer hospital and got quicker and excellent service...

Its a shame how badly these staff represented the company. As i walked out I over other custoners complaining as well how much of loor customer service this location has and how its known for the poor service..

Corporate should really consider retraining this staff of adequate customer service.. From greeting to service to quality of representing the company. Overall... This whole staff needs to get replaced ... And definetly seperated to bring up the ratings from...
