I had an unacceptable experience at the McDonald’s Drive-Thru at 📍 610 NE 125th St, Miami, FL 33181, around 4:30 a.m. I waited for over 30 minutes, and I was the only vehicle in line.
From the moment I arrived, I could clearly see my Uber Eats order sitting on the table inside, but no one came out to assist me. I honked several times and waited both at the speaker and the window — but there was no response.
Eventually, other vehicles began to line up, and everyone started honking in frustration. All of them eventually left. I remained. My companion even got out of the car and knocked on the window, thinking perhaps they couldn’t hear us. At that point, we noticed that the bag with the order was no longer on the table.
After continued insistence, a female employee finally came out and asked what we needed. We told her it was an Uber Eats pickup and showed her a photo clearly showing the bag and receipt. She then asked a male coworker, who coldly replied that the order had been thrown out and that "THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO."😨
Only thanks to our insistence and intervention from a live Uber Eats agent, they finally agreed to remake the order (but only after reviewing the photo as proof). The employee helped us, but it was obvious she was under pressure from her colleague…
This type of situation shows a serious lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service; both for delivery drivers, and the paying customers on the other side.
⚠️This is a direct call to the store manager and McDonald’s Corporate: Do you actually read reviews like this? Do you follow up when evidence of this nature is documented? I’ve already filed a formal complaint, and I hope to receive a proper response and action.

After sitting in the drive-through being skipped repetitively by the dual drive-through and I getting my order, I decided to drive ahead, cause I’m tired of sitting while everybody’s going by me Drive up and put my order at the door clueless individual inside that had no idea how to put an order in out of sequence finally figured it out. One of the sandwiches I ordered with without onions so of course when you make a specialty after waiting in line and being skipped, I was told to go wait over in a parking space. It must be because I ordered the sandwich without onions after waiting for 15-20 minutes no embellishment I walk over and say hey, where’s my food woman jesters as if it’s gonna come out right now waiting another 3 to 4 minutes cause obviously they just started putting the order together to go back inside. What’s the deal after getting home? I find that sandwich seems a little overly stuffed with onions vengeance I would say so singled out without any altercation prior to questioning where my food was. Read moreThis place has an issue with the shake machine and or availability for this product. Next to the MCDONALD'S FRENCH FRIES 🍟, I think the next most sold item on the menu is probably the shake, specially the VANILLA SHAKE.
Since the day that they remodeled this new location and reopened their doors to the public, this is the same story, either the machine has an issue that it is not working, that they are out of material to make the shake, that they are cleaning the machine or the they need to put the machine together cause they were cleaning it, or it's too early or is too late, not the right time of the day. And if you are lucky and successful that they have it, now you have to deal with the weather the consistency is almost liquid and not the right temperature.
The different sizes keep getting smaller and it's almost impossible to make them understand if you have special requests like NO WHIPPED CREAM PLEASE. THEIR WAY TO CORRECT THIS, IS TO SHAVE THE WHIPPED CREAM OF THE TOP AND SERVE IT BACK TO YOU.
This is inexcusable, distrustful, and infuriating. It's taken me a while to make this comment, because I've been trying to give them the opportunity to rectify their problems.
